  I am have not been provided with original verification or agreement that requires me to pay this debt to Advance America or a physical address of where this debt was obtained from. In addition, Debt Recovery Solutions has not provided information enough information so that I can be fully informed of why Debt Recovery Solutions think I owe the debt. I do not have details stating when the debt was obtained and amount owed to Advance America at the time it was transferred. If there has been any additional interest, fees or charges added since the last billing statement from Advance America. I have not been provided any information about the age of the debt or a copy of the last billing statement sent to me by Advanced America and date of when Advanced America claims this debt became due and when it became delinquent. I have asked for this information because I have questions about this debt and need to make an informed decision about the claim that I owe this money and not put at any disadvantage. I do not have a contract with Debt Recovery Solutions that requires my submission of payment.

  I am no longer in possession of any mail at this time. Was involved in an auto accident and car was totaled and that paperwork was in the vehicle. You may contact the credit people the company I jored to remove you and they may have it. I am no longer with that credit repair company so they will not give it to me. I feel this is being drug out and stagnant as a ploy and am tired of the games. You have my name and account number and if I owe you a debt you should have no problem showing me said debt! Can we please stop with the back and forth and come to a solution.
