The collection agency seems to be a third party without any origination information of the loan. This loan is believed to be paid. I tried to find out those letters which I sent to the BBB but hard luck. Anyways, debt collector is supposed to provide me the contract which I signed with them and if they don't have any contract then they must delete this inaccurate info from my report.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Debt Recovery Solutions is incorrect on claiming I had a contract with Advanced Dermatology for the $1200. I paid Advanced Dermatology $600 cash for services rendered initially. Never once were any additional charges ever discussed or agreed upon. After my last follow up I was blindsided by the secretary about this additional $1200 charge. I will not pay these charges to anyone without seeing the contract where I agree to pay these charges to Advanced Dermatology OR Debt Recovery Solutions. The claim that Debt Recovery Solutions has a contract with Advanced Dermatology is an outright fabrication. We all know collection companies buy bad debts from companies for pennies on the dollar and try to scare consumers into paying them. Debt Recovery Solutions does not have a contract for collection of my debt for Advanced Dermatology. I sent DRS a certified letter in June of 2022 stating my case, requiring contracts and proof, and giving them 10 days to respond and they never responded or sent me any of my requests. I will not submit to this fraud and demand this collection be deleted from my credit report.
