I contacted Debt Recovery Solutions in August and September requesting a copy of a debt reported to my credit opened June 2023. The representative claims the debt was opened 10/2019. I was out of the country until November 2019. I have not received anything requested as of yet. I will be searching for an attorney in ******** to proceed further.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:1. DRS sent an email with no ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH SIGNATURE. Anyone could have opened this account especially when the company that was mentioned, UHG I LLC, has a BBB rating of " F" and complaints with the **** clearly showing this company does not conduct business ethically. Furthermore, DRS has had 422 complaints in the past 3 years with BBB, in which I read you conduct predatory debt collection practices so maybe a class action suit will help us consumers remedy your false claims and actions towards our credit profiles.
2. I have no contract with UHG I LLC nor a legitimate original contract with CASH NET USA on my behalf.
3. I have NEVER been contacted by UHG I LLC, which according to DRS, stated this account has been open since 2017 and now 6 YEARS later I'm getting these notices!
4. DRS is intentionally ruining my credit profile in violation of FCRA. I demand my initial request be honored and this account removed from ALL credit bureaus immediately.
5. Further complaints will be filed against UHG and DRS with the **** if this is not removed and possible remedy through the justice system.

Debt Recovery solutions put a negative item on my credit score stating I owed them money for my daughters medical services. I had to search over 5 different phone numbers and get re directed several times before I actually located them. I then emailed an agent named ************************* letting him know my daughter did in fact have ******** at the time. I got him her ******** idee number. I never received a bill from this company before they wrongfully put it on my credit. I am very conscious of my bills and pay them all on time if they are owed. He emailed me back stating it is not his responsibility to research my daughters health insurance EVEN though his company is the one stating I owe the bill. I asked him several times who the initial debt was with and he has since ignored my multiple emails. This item has dropped my credit score. It is wrong for the this business to put a negative item which affects my credit without doing their due diligence to check with ******** and get the bill paid by the insurance company. Please remove this bill at once and send it to Healthy Blue which is her insurance and get it paid the right way. It is pure incompetence on this collectors part skipping vital steps and creating bad credit for hard working people.Business Response

They are only prolonging this to go on my credit report again and incur another negative hit. Please instruct them to be diligent in charging clients for bills when they have insurance and submit it to Healthy Blue for payment. **** has my insurance information. That is what is needed to be done to resolve this complaint.

I would like to claim that since we did not enter into a contract, I am not responsible for the debt associated with 12 Advance America. It's important to stress that I haven't voluntarily agreed to any financial commitments with them. Additionally, I formally asked Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC for the original contract pertinent to this specific debt in an effort to handle this situation appropriately and honestly. Unfortunately, they have not complied with my request by delivering the needed documentation despite my repeated requests.
