  This will serve as your legal notice under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), to cease all communications with me in regard to the alleged debt, referenced above. Do not contact me or any third parties via telephone, email, or mail regarding collection of this alleged debt. I formally dispute the validity of this alleged debt. To date, I never received due notice, of any alleged debt, or my right to dispute. Despite never receiving such notice, in violation of FCRA and FDCPA, as of November 2023, DRS has illegally reported an illegitimate collection account, which is stated to have been opened in June 2023, to my credit reports, causing insurmountable damage to my credit score. Since this fraudulent account was reported, my credit score dropped 30 points, and has currently eradicated my ability to obtain a mortgage. I was a victim of identity theft, and had DRS followed the law, by sending me notification of this alleged debt, and allowed me the opportunity to dispute, I would have responded within 30 days, and provided proof of the several FTC reports, and the current fraud alerts on my credit report, showing I was a victim of identity theft. I was not even aware of any alleged debt with Cash Net USA existing, until DRS erroneously reported this account to my credit report. I have had a plethora of fraudulent accounts opened in my name, that I did not initiate. I do not owe this debt or any debt to DRS, LLC or to any third party DRS, LLC is stating to represent, nor did I have any knowledge of the alleged account. I am formally requesting DRS to immediately remove the fraudulent reporting information from my account, especially as DRS has violated several consumer laws, in order to report If the adverse information placed against my credit reports is not removed within 4 business days, appropriate legal action will be taken.

  On my credit report this company DRS has furnished an account #************ for an alleged debt that is not mine. I work for a medical facility so why would I have debt with one. Doesn't make sense. I have asked this company to send me proper evidence relating to me and I have not received anything which is over 60 days now. Ive also noticed they are located in ********. Ive never been to ******** so I couldn't possibly have debt with a company up there. Also, how can i possibly have a balance on an account ive never signed for. I've already been denied for a home loan because of this account so I would like for them to remove it from all credit reporting agencies.

  I have discovered a few weeks ago upon checking on my credit report that someone had been changing my information eg. address to different addresses, inquiries were made and accounts were opened without my authorization. I have contacted the creditors in regards to this **************** are requesting that I fill out a full packet to show cause.   Debt Recovery Solutions is falsely reporting on my credit. I have never had a account with them. Per my research Deb ********************** Solutions is a Debt Collector. They are falsely reporting to my credit . Debt Recovery Solutions is falsely reporting to my credit file and against my rights and credit act. Under 15 U.S. Code ****d Disclosure of investigative consumer is a violation. I have attached a definition so you can see the violation! (a)Disclosure of fact of preparation A person may not procure or cause to be prepared an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless (1)it is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that an investigative consumer report including information as to his character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, whichever are applicable, may be made, and such disclosure (A) is made in a writing mailed, or otherwise delivered, to the consumer, not later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested I request to provided proof of this alleged item. Specifically the original application, contract or note bearing my signature with Debt Recovery Solutions. Failing that, the items must be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Under federal law, you have 30 days to complete your reinvestigation. Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. Thank you for your assistance. I will also be seeking $5,000 per violation for: 1.) Defamation 2.) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3.) Violations of 15 U.S.C****g Please have the creditor provide the validation documents to the BBB as well as certified mail to me. Its extremely important that the creditor provide the documents to BBB to ensure fairness and that they are not brushing me off. Thank you for your assistance.

Any collection effort on this account is illegal and a violation of my privacy rights. There is no proof Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC is licensed to collect debt in the ******************* furthermore there is no record or listing of ******************** which list the debt collection companies licensed in the ******************* (Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC is based in ******** )or any record of their license in the ******************* which makes this collection illegal please permanently delete and block this account from every reporting to my credit reports not temporarily , thank you for complying with the law in the ******************* and the **** law in its totality.

  I have disputed the accounts that Debt Reccovery Solutions is currently reporting on my report. They responded by telling me that they will notify the CRA'S and have the acounts removed. Well they never did! I want these accounts deleted from my report because they are causing great damage to me. I don't know who Debt Recovery Solutions is and have never done business with this company. I have expressed this concern and still they have ignored.   I filed a dispute because of this popping up on my credit report for 12 *********** I need verification of this because of recent id theft.
