    This site works fine as a brochure site, that's all I can attest to - not using a shopping cart etc. The complaint is that I can login but my site is not there. I no longer have access. I have been required to submit by ID and receipts proving payment (minus account numbers) and still it's over a week and no one will fix the problem but keep asking me to submit receipts. A different person responding to each email eveytime. No one will call. You can't call anyone. Basically are F. So I'm reporting this and not doing business with them any longer.

    I give it one star that's only because I had to leave a review this place is horrible they robbed me out of money they took my money and they're refusing to give it back they led me with false pretense it's not earning money with them but in turn all they were trying to do was just steal my money and they did and they refused to get it back it's a horrible business or horrible people and I'm extremely upset with them if I had the money I would assume but I don't

    I am utterly disgusted with Wix and their fraudulent business practices. This company used to be a legitimate website service, but it seems that declining sales have led them to resort to scamming their customers. Without my explicit approval or confirmation, Wix upgraded my plan from $25/year to an outrageous $348/yeara staggering 596% increase!To make matters worse, they now claim they are unable to issue a refund. Trying to seek help or a refund is an absolute nightmare. The process is so buried and convoluted that it feels intentionally designed to frustrate customers. Even when you finally manage to get to the refund request page, they brazenly state that a refund is impossible.Their business phone number is nothing but an automated message, informing you that they will not speak to you and can only be contacted online. This is an appalling way to treat paying customers. I warn everyone to stay far away from ***. Their practices are deceitful, and they have lost all credibility as a trustworthy service provider.

    I have been using WIX for 8 years now and have 4 websites hosted on it. The editor change ruined one of my new websites, and the customer service is AWFUL. Cannot get anyone in the ** on the phone because they outsource their customer service but the last person I talked to didn't speak English and almost deleted my website, and the person who I emailed in corporate who is supposed to be a customer experience executive hasn't helped at all. I pay this company nearly $1K/year.

    Your product dosn't work. No one at wix under the the knew technoly, but a chosen few customer service agent. The agent do what the want with you site your paying. I have been paying for a site for 5 year not made any money. I put the same product on amazon, I make money. They tell you there going to call with an escalating the call, they never call back, or they seed you an email of bs. There ruin my business with there owner app always malfuctioning,and site. I really like arefund for videos falling of the site, and the not listen putting back the way they want. this unacceptable. They have remove my merchant account to time, trying to trick into getting there merchant account. There are one or good people, but the bad out weight the good. They dont have a number to call, you have fight with acomputer just to get a call back

    Will steal your money without any warning. Renewed an annual subscription for double the cost of the previous year with no warning what-so-ever. Stealing money and not even letting you know to be able to update your subscriptions and then saying you can't get a refund even though you cancelled in less than 1 day after they stole the money.

    Like many others, I am writing to note what I feel are deceptive practices. I have been charged for domain renewal since at least 2017 without my consent. I have written to cancel many times while I also assumed that because I was receiving emails to update my payment method, this would mean I would not be charged. The credit card I had on file had expired. The steps in order to cancel my website (a website I no longer had the login for) included sending a copy of my ID and digits from my credit card. Once I did that, they required logging in and changing my status within 72 hours. I do not understand why they cannot cancel via email once I had sent them a copy of my ID. This feels ****** complicated and time consuming. This feels unethical and I feel entitled to the charges I did not authorize.

    Buyer Beware! They stole $384 from me for a premium plan that was immediately hacked after I set it up. Multiple attempts to steal my and customers information. I disabled the site to avoid the repercussions but all WIX could do was say sorry. There customer service and contact methods are horrible. First a bot then, live rep. I want my money returned. They are only concerned about ripping people off. Do not use this service!

    Extremely disappointed with the unethical practice of billing my credit card without any forewarning.I have filed several complaints with the help center and have had no response.I was billed $684 for a premium account renewal. I wasnt even aware that I had a premium account.My concerns have fallen on deaf ears, if any ears at all?I will not use this company again and I will never encourage anyone to do so either.
