    Ive been using WIX platform for probably about 4 years. If you wouldve asked me 4 years ago, what I thought I wouldve told you ;its excellent. That time to maintain a site was $246 . And of course theres a domain renewal that I pay about 18 bucks for. Fine no problem. All I ever got was compliments on my website and how easy it was to navigate.Fast-forward 4 years later, & now theyre not giving me an option of which plan I want to choose. I am just gonna be forced to pay $348 a year. Wow my price went up 50% in four years? I bet youre wondering :well I bet they are having some really cool new features and thats what explains the price. HA!Nope!!!For starters, the amount of spam that gets through is incredible. half of my inquiries are garbage. 2., one of the best features was ability to manipulate /build the site/ amend your site right there from your phone -cant do that anymore. after raising my price at least $25-$40 every year now they want me to pay more for less options? interesting business model. Hey guys, Im busy. I dont have time to run back to my desktop, open it up and hope your site is working @Saves my changes. .So not sure why my price keeps going up a good $30-$50 each year if this is the case.3,, so many convoluted apps none of them make any sense. At last count theres 3 apps, none of which allow you to edit your website. So exactly what are these apps supposed to be for?4-, even though Im being charged upwards of $400 a year now, I have no option to talk to a real person . Huh???I mean, I pay $200 a year for prime, I get all kinds of stuff/service/apps with them and within three minutes if I want, I can speak to a person who will actually help me .You know, Ill be starting another business here this year . several months ago I wouldnt have thought twice about continuing to use WIX to develop that website. Unfortunately, I think were at a point now where Ill definitely be going elsewhere.

    It USED to be a good company but no longer. I was on annual auto-renewal they sent me no notice of renewal. No invoice after renewal. I received a fraud alert from bank the day it went thru and though their site says you have 14 days after payment to cancel. There was no where online to do so. Went thru every step on their customer care site and none of what they told me to click was ever where they showed it should be. It is impossible to talk to a person. They have no customer care number except one that states to go to website. AND why does the BBB accredidation show an A+???? Do I have to give them 1 star?

    Wix made me think I had to purchase a domain. I did not. When I wanted to reverse my purchase minutes later, they made it nearly impossible to reach an actual person (not an AI bot). I reached out in multiple ways and on many occasions---and received either no help or no response at all. When I finally got in touch with a person, they told me my purchase was nonrefundable, which was never made clear at the time of purchase. I found the business practices (lack of clarity around what I was being told to purchase, difficulty finding clearly stated refund policies, and customer service help) to be highly deceptive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    They have taken money from my account without my knowledge. I have never used their services and I have earned any *****. I purchased for one time, but I didn't know they have taken money form my credit card without my knowledge and wish. It looks like scam. They turned on auto renew by themselves. Now they not refunding my money. They didn't have to charge my at all. Or after two years they had to charge me first getting my approval. but they didn't that.2nd thing that they charged me more than double price.

    If I could leave a review for less than 1 star I would. I do not believe that WIX is an honest or legitimate business. They have been holding over $7000 of my hard earned money for 3+ weeks while my account undergoes a "compliance review" the questions they've asked are incredibly invasive, unprofessional, all documents are submitted via email to a team who them forwards them to some mystery third party service and the entire process not only feels extremely un-secure, but after weeks of jumping through hoops and providing them all the information they've asked for, they simply told me they're holding my money without any expectation of when it will be released. They're going to ruin my business and they couldn't care less. I believe wholeheartedly that wix is being dishonest with their reasons and i would warn everyone possible against doing business with this company.

    Company has been taking money from my account for years. They purposely have no customer service , phone number or contact information to talk w/ a live person.

    My Wix site was charged again weeks before the yearly contract ended!!! No email was sent to let me know they were charging me again for another year 6 weeks in advance!!!!A reminder to renew would been a courteous move since our lives are hectic and may fail to realize contracts are soon ending!! Not with Wix!!!!!They just charge your account without you knowing!!!!Stay away from this unethical company!!!!!!!

    Charged for an upgraded plan on renewal without confirmation. And then will let you cancel but will not refund. Charged us for $756!!!!

    My account was wrongfully closed, I gave all the necessary docs, they required I ship out 200 orders so I took a loan and came out of pocket to fulfill orders. I invested every single ***** of mine into this! ive received no explanation, just they couldnt verify my account but I gave them every single detail they asked for. this my whole life savings Ive invested.This is robbery and theft. As a black small business owner,I am being targeted. I will not be victim and silent. This is fraud and unwarranted. I have sent PDFs with confirmations from vendor and deliveries. The amount is for 17k, I now cant pay my bills next month. I was told my product isnt prohibited!

    I, along with the many others, wish I had read the reviews on BBB. I am having issues getting my money back from ***, who took it out without notice as they say they do, and no receipt was given that they took it out after it was taken from my account. I had canceled my policy, and now I cannot get a person to respond when I ask for questions. It also shows when I try to get to the site that I do not have a subscription, so I don't understand why the money was taken. There has been little help on their part. I saw one review could fill out a form. I want to request that.****** S
