    I would give ZERO stars if I could. Not only do they harass you,m over policies but they make zero sense. They will try to hold your payouts over stupid policies, citing unclear servido description or products. Which is absolutely BS because Ive had the same products for months. They are condescending, UNINFORMED, poor customer service, dont even know what theyre doing as far as troubleshooting. Not only does there app have constant bugs and glitches, there is limited customizable opportunities. They wont let you list CBD FACIAL products, not even thc related. Absolutely worst website platform. Once my plan expires, I will be switching. They were cheap which is why I went with them because I am a small business, but the headache they give is worse than anything. Thinking about using Wix?? DONT, there are way better platforms and use friendly too, that dont harass you or try to withhold your payouts after being verified and approved for MONTHS.

    I recently discovered that I was charged twice for two separate accounts that I did not approve of. One charge for $25 dollars was my original account. The other I tried to stop them from charging me before the new cycle began. When I called my credit card company to question the second charge of $ ****** dollars on October 18th, I was told I was already charged almost two weeks ago, way before my renewal cycle began on the 24th of this month. I am trying to cancel this prior to the new cycle which starts on the 24th of October but have had a hard time getting someone on the phone and have been given the runaround. I was able to finally contact customer service via phone today to get this resolved and I am being told that refunds are not issued and that I have to wait again 12 days to be contacted by someone. This is being renewed without my approval and weeks before the actual renewal date and I am requesting that someone credit my account for the $****** dollars. I was able to log into my account and cancel the account before the renewal date of October 25, 2023, but it is still being charged to me. This is a horrible way to do business and feel that my request should be processed immediately. Please credit me back my $****** dollars.

    This situation is very frustrating. I contacted customer service many times with no resolution. let me brief you of the situation.On Sep 28 2023 in the morning I wanted to change my personal bank account to a business account. I didn't know anything about the procedure so Added the new business bank account routing number and account number and I attached a bank letter. I was contacted by a wix agent and he said you need to have an IRS EIN number that matches the business name on the bank account. I didn't have that at that time. Then I told the agent that I have a large payout on the way for SEP29 and he advised me to put back my personal account for now so wix don't hold your payout and One the payout is complete I will contact support again and provide EIS and ******** letter so they completely reset the account and add the new business account. I agreed with this suggestion and put back my personal account which was working for me since I started using wix. all of a sudden I get a message that the account is being verified and it is confusing since this is the same account that was verified before. Now my payout is late. and this payout is part of a critical project funding for the government and I have a deadline to start the funding. this is really putting my company and my project in jeopardy. I Need to have the account verified and the payout to be released by end of today. otherwize this will cause my business loosing a substantial project they promised me to resolve asap. it has been 5 days and they keep sending me automated emails that they are working on it and I know it is not the case. Unfortunately I will most likely loose a substantial project due to missing funding deadline. this is all falls on wix AI stupid algorithm. they hold onto your money until furter notice, Awful experience. still not resolved

    i sent an email through the Wix website for our business to cancel 1and refund my payment of $564.00. I was told I have 14 days I canceled within two days of the payment being taken. I also sent an email through customer service and have not received a reply.? *******************************

    I cannot place calls or texts using the app. Ive called for help 5 times each time no call back or response Im losing business and they have already taken so much money from me I hate this company do not use them by any means

    I've been with Wix for a while now because I'm kind of roped in, but this company is very misleading. Everything on the site is just another subscription fee. You can't add anything to the site without having to pay for a subscription for it and that's on top of the price of the yearly premium plan so things can get very expensive quickly. I highly recommend doing your research about Wix before signing up for this service. I can't wait until I can afford a professional to build me a site because Wix *****. You only have a small strip to design a website and what your website looks like is amateur. Don't take their templates at face value.

    I canceled Wix account THREE times and they even sent me emails stating it was canceled and deactivated and now they fraudulently charged me again!!! I didnt approve this - its so frustrating a company doesnt understand that if you dont want their business its over Im not paying you for something I no longer use & you said you canceled!!!

    I had the understanding that I could sign up for free. Not far in the process I was asked to pay $342. In order to go further. Then at another step I was asked to pay an additional amount. I thought perhaps I missed something, so I started over. I couldn't find what I paid for. It kept wanting a Domain name and or to get a domain name for $$ addition cost. I was so confused. I got out. After a few days looking at other possibilities on line I went back to Wix . I became so confused again with so many areas that had to be completed. I still couldn't find what I paid for. After a few more days of attempts I found a way to contact in an area to apply for my refund. They denied a refund complete and totally. I see how they make their money now. It's by withholding anything and everything that goes thru their system. I wasn't provided with anything that I can see to help me. This might be one of the most significant scammers on line. With such a coverage how can it be proven. I suggest if people want to use the Wix site DON'T pay for anything. I'm 73 yrs old caregiver to my disabled ******* Veteran husband. I've lost a chunk of income for absolutely nothing.

    Every time my business starts doing well. Wix ask me to verify getting paid. Then they hold the payment & each time keep changing how I can verify my account. This makes me look *********** to my clients. Then the agent is rude & short with me

    There is no working phone number on the wix site for customer service. I have a charge on my debit card that I need to contact someone about but no one is available by phone. Ill try the number on the bbb website again tomorrow during business hours. Anyone who is capable of accepting payments by credit card should by law have a phone number available to contact someone at the business.
