    Paying $24 per month. Watched one fight.No phone number to actually talk to a person. I canceled my plan but theyre still debiting my card. Worst interaction with a company Ive ever had. I encourage everybody not to use DAZN ever. If I could give them a zero, I would liars scammers stealing your money.

    Same complete scam, unclear when you pay for one month but its the whole year, its stealing!!! these companies should be banned.

    worst streaming service ever bought monthly subscription but it wont let me cancel until 1 year after i buy it it is literally just a money scam

    Did not sign up for annual subscription, watched one fight in November wont let me cancel it saying I signed up for annual havent used service since. **************** said they dont care will continue to charge

    I wanted to watch the recent Super Bowl and I was clearly mislead like many others. DAZN structures their subscription in a way that most people are used to. -An option you pay all at once for a year. -An option you pay monthly but can cancel anytime Most people are used to trying products out with the monthly option. DAZN uses this expectation for their human engineering scam. Either option youre paying for annual cost of $200+ since both options lock you in. When you choose a monthly subscription its the exact same as annual subscription except you just pay it monthly. Either option youre locked into paying $200+ for the 12 months. After reaching out to customer service I was simply gaslit - saying it clearly states that youre in a contract. What a complete scam service. I had to block further transactions coming from them with my bank. I dont know if they will try to charge me in some sneaky way. I warn anyone to just not use DAZN. There are plenty of better options. If you have to really dissect the fine print in order to not be scammedits not a company worth doing business with.

    Terrible company customer service. Desperate for customers and won't let you out of your subscription! I Tried to cancel my subscription which states on their website you can cancel at any time. False. ********* took a near week after chats with a bot lead nowhere. Then when I mentioned lawyer, real quick the bot got me a representative. Initially I was trying to cancel my subscription of $200+ that showed up on my credit card from a sign up for one fight over a year ago for a service currently do not want. The site just did not have the cancel option active - it wouldn'nt let me cancel.Shocker ...... I kept trying. back. Then I contacted my credit card who said I needed to cancel the subscription. When I finally got a real representative from DAZN they said the 14 day cooling off period was over (whatever that is) and she could not cancel my subscription. I. said your website says I can cancel at anytime . Rep said no you cannot because of the 14 day cool off. Deceitful and unbelievable. I told her to cancel it for next year so I don't have to waste weeks trying to fight with their computer system and the horrible money grab pushed by DAZN. If this does nothing more than warn an innocent person who may want to use their services, DON'T !

    Same as others. Absolute scam and trying to cancel is impossible. You will need to have your bank freeze the transactions.

    I taught I signed up for a month of DAZN subscription on 1/6/2024 and seemed signed up for 1 year, the contract is confusing since its does states monthly and annually, I cancelled the subscription next day 1/7/2024 and they are still trying to bill for for 1 year service until 1/7/2025. They are insisting on billing me monthly for a service I had for less than 24h hours and cancelled. This is deceitful business practice by DAZN

    Predatory business practices. Beware! They refuse to let me cancel my subscription and keep charging me $19.99 every month! Ive reached out to customer service and explained I only meant to pay for one month of service. I no longer use nor need this service and they refuse to cancel my subscription- saying I signed up for an annual plan. I didnt realize I signed up for an annual plan! *** explained this multiple times and they still refuse to help me but are more than happy to charge my card every month!
