    In reading other peoples complaints, its very clear that I am not the only person who is furious about DAZN trapping you into a year contract. Spoke to a customer service rep via ********** assured me that there is absolutely nothing DAZN can do to cancel your subscription. I have no interest in continuing to use the ************* basically told me that that is too bad, they are going to continue to charge me. & when I asked who else I could call or speak to she told me that do not have customer service call centers of course. I dont care about their stupid terms that they love to throw in your face, what infuriates me is the absolute lack of caring or trying to do whats right by the customer. So, I am not stuck in a year contract paying for something Im not even using. DAZN is horrible.

    I purchased the 'Judgement Day Boxing for December 23, 2023 for the quoted and advertised price of $39.99 ($40 was deducted from my account). I was later informed that I had also purchased a 12-month subscription to the company. I did not, nor did I ever intend to do such thing. They refused to cancel the alleged subscription.Company, DAZN Group, has misleading information regarding the purchasing of its product. It has hidden and ambiguous clauses that would prevent a consumer to cancel agreements if not purely understood.There are several complaints against this company that dealt with the same issue. This is an ongoing practice with DAZN Group.

    I tried to order the *** event The Day of Reckoning boxing card December 23, 2023, through DAZN and it didn't work. So, I ordered it through third party ROKU, and it worked but I ended up getting charged from both companies. DAZN would not refund one of the charges stating they don't refund ***, so I ended up paying twice for one event.

    We were in Europe in November 23, got the app to watch one particular *** game, cancelled it in time ( before day seven) and Im still getting charged monthly. To be VERY clear, they offered Pay in 3 after your 7-day free trial ends. There is NO contact number to talk to a representative, you can chat with a bot and the company has huge numbers of similar complaints. Can some lawyers look into this?

    Shady business practices. Signed up and cancelled during the first month. Just noticed Ive been charged for the last 4 months. My account confirms it was cancelled yet they are still charging me. They said I have to make payments for a full year. I tried to let the support chat know that I no longer want nor use their service and they just kept feeding me automated responses about how great their programming is. DAZN is absolutely terrible. Please stay away!

    This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a month subscription, before that was up I cancelled my account because I had found better service elsewhere. i checked back to see if my subscription was cancelled and I was locked out of my account information. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and was given the run around and was treated with very rude and unprofessional responses. Over a month after cancelling my account I am hit with another charge for a service i havent even used cause I cancelled it over a month ago. It is ridiculous to be run around so much by a company and charged without even asking for the content you are charged for. Stay away from DAZN

    Outrageous amount charged 2021 99$2022 149 for 2023 without notice price increased to 50% so 75$ extra without notice 225 and if you are on auto pay by error boom can't get a refund....ridiculous feel taken advantage of to pay an Outrageous amount I see a 20 to 30% increase due to inflation but 50% is a crime and just a plain sorry ??

    This company is simply trying to scam people into annual subscriptions that are actually a monthly payment plan.The monthly rate is ***** and the "annual" rate is ***** / month. The ***** allows you to cancel after one month. The ***** is actually a payment plan that will lock you into a contract that ends up costing you ****** over a year of 12 payments. You can "cancel" your subscription, effective one year from your start date. Never experienced this before with ANY legitimate subscription service. Legal? Maybe. Read the "terms and conditions." Shady? Definitely. This needs to be exposed widely.
