    No customer support, upcharged, PPV crash, and consistently charging not only for a fight after the ppv end that no one in ****** was able to see, no agents have reach out! bunch of thieves!

    My rating is Zero stars, this company did not deliver what was purchased. Was also charged an additional amount. **************** isnt available and have not reached a conclusion to my problem. No one to contact and still have not received email feedback or a refund. Do not purchase PPV events or pay for membership on this site!

    Hundreds of Thousands of people who purchased a $85 1 night event are not even able to watch it, yet they keep tweeting and posting on social media completely ignoring everyone and continuing to sell a almost $100 scam. Bad business

    Paid for a monthly subscription to watch the superbowl and cancelled an hour later (they require 30 DAYS notice). Was told via email by an employee that my subscription would end March 12th and I would not be charged again. Around comes March 12th and MORE charges from DAZN. I contacted them about the charges and they refuse to refund me or acknowledge the fact that their employee told me that I would not be charged again!!! FRAUDULENT!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

    DAZN failed to cancel my subscription on Aug 6, ********************************************************************* ******. They also raised their rates $50 while providing less coverage. I completed the online cancelation and then found out a month later that I was billed for another year. What also bothers me is they did not inform their customers that they had lost the *** rights. I found out after logging in on opening weekend to find no games. I Immediately cancelled even though I had a couple weeks left on the previous years subscription.

    Terrible customer service , the phone number is not valid. I have been trying to cancel my prescription, with no luck. I'm not able to access my account, continued showing error code. I need help.

    Terrible customer support, will trap you into recurring subscriptions. Website is full of errors, would not recommend.

    If I could give no stars I would.
    We had to order a subscription to stream the ****** fight. Canceled it same day.
    Money came out the next month for another month of service.
    Chatting with their customer service took an hour and they won’t refund the money.
    Conversation just went dead and they stopped responding.
    They told me that there was no way to speak to an agent via telephone.
    Terrible customer and very shady!
