  Zero stars! Horrible customer support! I tried to end my subscription in 2022 but was told I was too late to end in **************************************************************************************************************** 2023. I was also told I didnt have to do anything else and it was documented to end my subscription in 2023. Here we are in 2023 and they are trying to make me renew my subscription AGAIN. This is a scam to force people to subscribe.

  Poor ***************** have been using there chat feature every week for over a month to get a refund for being charged twice for the ****** fight that I was unable to watch. They acknowledge they can see I was overcharged, but they will escalate my concern and I do hear back from them. Then I check my account and I have now been charged a monthly charge for a subscription I dont have. Very poor response.

  I ordered a boxing PPV event. Their website was unable to process the payment in time for the event. They provided a mass refund to all users impacted. However, they decided to sign me up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge or approval. Fraudulent and sneaky business tactics. They refused to give a refund.

  Purchased a boxing ppv fight but in order to purchase you also had to pay to subscribe. I paid $27 to subscribe and $64 for the fight only to receive an error that no purchase record was found and offered a link to pay again. There is no contact information for support and the chat robot is useless. This company is a total scam and is continuously being promoted for ppv boxing fights.

  This company should be charged with theft!! I have submitted refund requests on NUMEROUS occasions via their live chat customer service which seems to be the ONLY option to speak with someone! No number, no listed email etc! The only response I get is were working on it and get back to you within 72 hours That was a month ago at this point. They are fraudulently taking money without the decency to have a real customer service representative to assist you! NO STARS!!!!

  I was charged twice for the *********************** fight. I couldnt even stream it once. It did not play on my iPhone nor my laptop despite it saying payment was successful. DAZN has taken my money and not provided any service in return. They have no human customer support. I couldnt cancel my subscription. In full I was down $400 with nothing in return. I would be very careful with this app as a consumer

  Recently bought a PPV. After a purchased via Apple Pay--DAZN took my money, but then wouldn't allow me access to the site (claiming they have to wait for the "third party payment" to "fully settle". They then never allowed me to view the 84 dollar ppv and membership. I was repeatedly given an error message on the site. When I contacted customer service (you communicate via chatbox) they send you a link to click--explaining the payment process. The link directs you out of the chat box immediately...losing your place in line...and leaving you to have to explain your issue over and over. If you ask for a point of contact or email to document your claim--they said they can't give you an email due to privacy reasons. This is allows no resolution or accountability. I paid 85 dollars for a membership and PPV and they didn't deliver...which makes this either a totally thoughtless and customer careless organization, or they're knowingly running a company that scams people. Or both.At no point did they even offer an apology or a credit. They just pass the buck and post links that direct you out of the conversation. I was a member for a couple years. Since then they've raised the price and offer less customer service and content...not they're totally okay with not even offering what I paid for. I want a full refund!

  This company charged me and hundreds, maybe thousands of people on 4/22/23. They allowed us to pay 85 dollars for a fight that they never gave ** access to. They keep telling me to ask ****** for a refund. I did not buy anything from ******! I have video and picture proof of their lack of service as well as countless messages of them being dismissive. I just want my money back. This company is just a bunch of thieves. If you investigate you will easily find tons of proof

  I purchased a PPV fight this weekend. Every time I would click the fight, it would take me to a page that told me I had paid for the fight, and no matter what I clicked or what I did, it would not let me watch the fight. I was in the hospital and wasn't around a smart tv, but I should've been able to watch it on the app. I had to end up buying the fight from Showtime.I've emailed DAZN requesting a refund, and attached proof that I purchased the same fight twice, and they won't respond.
