    You will get stuck in a 1 year contract for $23 a month with poor streaming quality and glitches during big name events. NOT worth the price.

    I unfortunately signed up for a one month account. I have been charged now for a one -year account, and i cannot find any way to cancel. I urge anyone to stay away from this "service". It is fraudulent. I will have to go to the credit card and have them block any further charges from DAZN. It really is a scam. won't let you cancel.

    I was subscribed to the *** Game Pass through a *** the last 3 years and paid to watch *** games through that subscription. The *** Game Pass rights were then handed over to DAZN and my account was migrated to DAZN without my consent. DAZN blocks anyone from accessing their site through a *** even though it is completely legal and allowed to protect my privacy. I am unable to access the site with or without the **** If I am on a *** I receive an error message stating DAZN is not available in my country. If i remove the *** I receive this error message: Your DAZN account is not available in your current location You can only access DAZN in the country where you created your account. DAZN charged me $183.10 for a subscription that I cannot cancel, cannot use, and cannot adjust. Their phone number listed on their FAQ/HELP page is out of service. I have contacted their customer service multiple times. I also have several chat logs showing that they would remove the subscription and close my account but have yet to receive any confirmation or refund. I've reached out to their Help email several times and have not received any feedback. In the Chat Log, I was told that I cannot change the country of origin for my current game pass (which I had no say in picking), and would have to purchase another game pass for my current country. From what it seems they're refusing to allow me access to my subscription, and are pushing off any cancellation or refund. The fact that Game Pass would authorize my account to be switched to a different company with different terms of service, while also not updating any of the users of those terms is a disgrace. I do not want to continue to be charged by a website that I have no access to via their policies.

    They take money from you even when you cancel this is a shady business . Emails go unanswered Bbb shut them down

    What I thought was a monthly subscription was apparently an annual subscription. I only planned on using this service ONCE for a boxing event that I wanted to watch. I could not even watch all of the matches the next day, and the ones that I could watch were terrible ************ I am stuck paying for a s***** service for a year. **************** is useless as well.

    I DON'T KNOW WHO OR WHY THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING MY CARD A FEE EACH MONTH OR EVEN HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION. I DON'T EVEN LIKE SPORTS SO I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THIS. THERE'S NO PHONE NUMBERS OR ACCOUNT TO CALL OR CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I HATE THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY'RE RIPPING ME OFF FOR NO SERVICE I'VE HAVE RECEIVED PLEASE GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND CANCEL THIS CHARGE.

    FUBAR!This is a total SCAM! I cancelled my *** subscription and out of nowhere DAZN charges me $209.00!? WTF! And there is no ph# for the ***! When I log in there is no account info. NOTHING! *** GET YOUR S*** TOGETHER WTF!

    Continued to be charged for monthly subscription after I cancelled the service and received a confirmation of the cancellation. Unable to get a refund back, unable to delete my payment information from my account, unable to close my account and have all my personal data deleted. I will have to cancel my credit card now to be sure that I am not fraudulently charged again in the future by this company.

    I subscribed to DAZN with the intention of watching a highly anticipated boxing match on April 22, 2023. Unfortunately, I encountered persistent technical issues that prevented me from enjoying even a single minute of the event. Despite my repeated attempts to address the problem directly with DAZN, my efforts proved fruitless. When I requested a refund for the payment I had made, my request was met with refusal. In no uncertain terms, I expressed my desire to sever all ties with DAZN and vowed never to avail myself of their services again. I firmly believe that their conduct borders on fraudulent activity, and I am not alone in this sentiment. Numerous individuals raised similar concerns on that fateful day, prompting the media to publish articles on the matter. Shockingly, I have now discovered unwarranted charges on my credit card today, which I am actively disputing. This unsettling development reveals a disturbing pattern of predatory and unscrupulous behavior on the part of DAZN. It is imperative that legal action be taken, possibly in the form of a class-action lawsuit, to address this issue. DAZN is shamelessly exploiting people and amassing millions by means of deceitful practices. I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale to anyone contemplating a subscription to their services or planning to watch sporting events through their platform. Please exercise caution and remain vigilant.

    DAZN.COM was promoting a boxing match with ********************* vs *******************, DAZN did not post or released video of fight during time of purchase. 1. I have emailed company 2. texted company through their chat portal and when it comes to asking for a refund the agent exits the chat and won't answer to a service not delivered. I am getting the run around about a refund when services were not rendered. "I will submit a complaint with better business bureau as this has gone long enough with out any resolution.
