    I tried to watch a fight now charging me for a whole yr. I think it's better to just watch the events in a pirated manner. They don't deserve regular customers they are crooks

    Mickey ***** **** house operation. They used to be good, now service issues, platform issues, multiple billing issues, wanted to cancel for a year and very confusing process. **************** team will make you run in circles, filed a chargeback with bank and the merchant won. Follow up with **** and they wont provide service and took my the money. Agree with the other reviews Ive read on her. This is an awful experience. Be sure to check for auto renewal from email if you cancel through third party such as *****.

    Worst experience ever! They charge you for services that they dont provide. Once they have your credit card number they keep charging fees and it is almost imposible to cancel the subscription. Stay away from this company!

    Roku should be ashamed of having DAZN on their platform. You sign up for a free trial on ****, cancel it, and then they keep charging you for an entire year. When you want to stop the illegal charges, they tell you you have to pay a cancellation fee the following month! **** is obviously doing a bait and switch and **** should not have them on their platform. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    They charge you an extra month if you cancel the day before your recurring payment is scheduled. There is no way to get out of that extra month of payment.

    Total disappointment. Any other services let's you manage the account and cancel payments accordingly. This is a rip off, they get you into an annual subscription and refuse to let you cancel further payments until "contract is done". Be aware. Don't sign up for this scam!

    I am extremely disappointed in DAZNs unethical billing practices. I canceled my subscription through their platform, which has a deliberately confusing and vague cancellation process. Despite following the steps to unsubscribe, **** continued charging my account without authorization.There was no confirmation of cancellation, no clear way to verify it went through, and absolutely no transparency. When I reached out for help, I received no meaningful resolutionjust automated responses and a lack of accountability.This isnt just an isolated mistake; it feels like a predatory business model that traps users in a cycle of recurring charges even after they attempt to leave. Based on other reviews Ive seen, Im not the only one being taken advantage ***** requesting a full refund for all charges made after my cancellation and demanding that **** revise its cancellation process to meet basic consumer protection standards. I hope the BBB can help hold them accountable.

    I subscribed for world club cup and cancelled on the same day I registered because I did not need the subscription beyond the cup.The cancellation process is lengthy and confusing. I ended up being charged for the following month and when I contacted **** for refund on the same day of the automatic subscription, they rejected and I paid for one more month with no use. ****.
