    Im extremely disappointed with my experience using this service. I initially signed up for what was advertised as a 7-day free trial on 05/03/2025, specifically to watch one event. Given that I was unfamiliar with the company, I documented the entire sign-up process with screenshots to protect myself in case of issues.Unfortunately, despite believing I had chosen the trial option, I was later informed that I had been signed up for an annual subscription. I noticed this immediately and reached out to their customer support on the same daywithin 24 hoursto clarify and resolve the ************ my surprise, the support team was unhelpful and dismissive, stating there was nothing they could do and that I was now locked into a 12-month contract. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to acknowledge a clear user experience flaw is deeply frustrating.The user interface was confusing, and the customer service experience only added to my dissatisfaction. I now find myself stuck paying monthly for a service I do not want, all because of a misleading or poorly designed sign-up process.I strongly urge others to avoid this platform. Its not worth the headache just to watch a single sporting eventthere are better, more transparent options out there.

    **** has been aware that someone has been stealing my money, using my card information without my knowledge on an account that doesnt belong to me and is in no way mine. They wont let me cancel. They tell me to cancel from the account AGAIN KNOWING IT IS NOT MINE AND I AM BEING STOLEN FROM. They stop answering me when I tell them I need to be removed from this evil individual stealing from me and account that has never been mine. This company is horrendous with horrible customer service. They are disgusting.

    Shady marketing & contract practices. Their "Monthly saver" subscription has rightfully been renamed "Annual - monthly payments" since I signed up. The original title insinuated a month-to-month plan, which is what I intended to sign up for. No receipt or copy of the plan is provided by **** to consumers upon signing up. Consequently, I only found out they had me on an 12-month contract after I spot-checked my AMEX bill.

    Dont not subscribe. They are a rip off. They charge you monthly and dont show you any fights. When you try and cancel they dont want to give you a refund. Straight Fraud.

    This app tricked me by offering a year subscription for $13.99. Once a month passed, it magically turned into a monthly subscription of $13.99 for a years installment plan that I never agreed to. I had a hard time canceling and the customer service kept trying to me that it was clearly on the website installment plan and I still owe $13.99 for a year.

    I canceled my subscription a few months ago. Today, I was charged $30 dollars out of nowhere. I would assume that after canceling my subscription they would delete my credit card information but I was informed that they would not be refunding me this money. I dont understand why its so difficult to cancel a subscription. If a customer doesnt need your service anymore then let them go. Make it more accessible on your webpage instead of having them run through all these hoops while you take money out of their wallet. Its something that should be addressed more often to and about **** and I will be looking to find out how to tell people about this problem so I can save them the hassle of dealing with sneaky thieves. - Make canceling subscription more accessible. Not everyone wants to spend 30 minutes texting a Bot to cancel. - Allow customers to choose if they want to continue doing business with you or not. Why are you so sneaky about this on your apps and web page? - Dont steal from your customers. Customers are first because we pay your bills! All apps have an option to cancel- DAZN is the only one Ive seen that is not honest about it.

    Terrible company!! Shady business tactics. I ordered 1 fight and suddenly Im locked into a 12-month agreement having signed nothing. You click cancel subscription in your account page and think its over, but it was only a trick to charge you the following month. I chatted with a customer service representative who says I had to pay an additional $20 to cancel something I never signed for. Stay away from these criminals. No way this should be legal.

    Would not let me cancel. There is literally no way to cancel. Kept charging my card fraudulently. Made me go to desktop version of website for cancel option only to force you to talk to live agent chatbot. They dont let you cancel either. They have no customer service phone number. They solicited me adds when I was requesting to cancel both with th live agent and on their website.

    ******* is definitely a scam they offer a sub par quality pay per view its lagging buffering constantly and losing HD quality has a result.I will be looking for a refund for this **** vs fury fight this is ridiculous
