    Definitely buyer beware. They refuse to refund, even when requested as soon as payment goes through. They sit back and say "read your terms and conditions". Very poor customer service.

    Easily and far away the worst streaming app out there today. You pay a high premium of over $40 a month, yet every thing you watch has to start with an ad. The app itself takes a minute to load when you first start it up, and although it advertises being able to watch on two devices, this is absolutely not the case. The app will be working totally fine and then randomly kick you off out of nowhere and not let you back on. You absolutely cannot watch anything while travelling either.

    The only reason this app is still used in Canada is because it is the only way to watch NFL games without streaming illegally. Every week is a constant battle with this app and I look forward to a day when I never have to use this app again.

    I recieved a free month trial from a partner company of DAZN. I attempted to use the promo code and sign up, but it advised me the code expired, meanwhile the whole time it had reactivated my account and the auto renewal. Of course since I got that error message, I didn't think it was activated and they charged me a full month after the trial I never got to use ended. I attempted for a whole month to get it refunded, called, emailed and live chatted with agents who ignored me and my query, and like robots copied and pasted there policy but never addressed my issue with the application not working. Profesional thieves. They worked hard to scam me out of my money, I guess.

    Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option.They sold a gift card that doesn't work. ************* can't fix it, can't activate my account, can't anything. Worst company, worst service, avoid at all cost.

    DAZN needs to be shutdown the quality of the live streams are very low Quality and poor their customer service is very unhelpful and terrible their subscription prices are overpriced and expensive and all versions of there apps to watch there content and live streams are terrible and glitchy and don't work and run properly please investigate this company and shut them down

    Please read your contract. If you sign up for a year, even though I tried it cancel after a week due to a poor product they will continue to charge you. **************** would not even negotiate on a reasonable cancellation practice of 3 months because I accidentally selected the 12 month option. Buyer beware.

    Paid for a year subscription and 9 months in it stopped working. They say they cant find the subscription anymore even though it was paid Nov23 to *****. ************ . All reviews are 1 stars

    Dazn is a scam. I purchased one PPV boxing match and they signed me up for a 12 month subscription. I attempted to cancel and they were not cooperative. They then threatened me with legal action even after I was attempting to pay off and cancel my account.

    They wouldn’t let me cancel my subscription because I started it on my *********** . So it just kept charging me every month until I lost my card ?? . ***** Dazn worst streaming platform ever. I still need that money back
