    They steal your money. You cannot cancel your subscription and they continuously charge your card even a year after. When you ask, they tell you they cant find your account or your card information. I have been charged hundreds of dollars and cannot cancel and i never even used the free trial i signed up for.

    I have bought a Pay per view fight on July 31, 2024 from ****. **** stated that I am automatically subscribed to the Monthly Flex plan where I pay $29.99 every month and I can cancel any time. If I cancel the Monthly Flex plan subscription I have to pay a pro rata rate for cancelling the account. Well I have tried to cancel my Monthly Flex plan subscription twice with **** and they continue to keep my account active. The first time I cancelled, a customer service representative communicated with me that my account has started the cancellation process. When I reached out to **** about my cancellation process 1 month later, a representative from their chatbox stated that my account was still active. I asked the representative to cancel my account again and the representative stated that they had technical difficulties in accessing my account. Till this day my account has been active and they don't want to cancel my account.

    Raised pricing this year. Was hoping that would mean an increase in service. Actual result was decrease in service, increase in adds, change in terms of service to prevent VPN, and overall worse experience. Please stay away.

    It is comical that companies are still allowed to use the 30-day notice of cancelation policy as an excuse to pull more money out of our pockets.

    Poor Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges – Beware!

    I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with DAZN, and I feel compelled to warn others about the issues I’ve encountered. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, DAZN continues to charge my bank account monthly, yet they are unable to locate my account when I contact customer service. The lack of proper customer support and accountability has been astonishing.

    Their customer service appears to be run by an ineffective AI system that only generates generic responses, offering no real solutions. Each time, I’m left with no choice but to dispute the charges through my bank's fraud department, which has become an exhausting monthly ordeal.

    It’s unacceptable that a company can continue to withdraw money from my account while failing to provide any real assistance or even locate my account. It feels as though they’re more focused on collecting payments than actually helping their customers.

    If you’re considering DAZN, be cautious. Their customer service is severely lacking, and getting any resolution, especially when it comes to billing issues, has been a nightmare.

    DAZN fraudulently took my money, charged me for a PPV fight I didnt even try to buy and wont give my money back. DO NOT USE THEM.

    I cancelled my account 3 times already . Im still being charge for the subscription. Every cancellation, they put you on a 30 day cancellation period . But they still charge you following months. They dont want to refund the charges .

    Their subscription practices are misleading and should be considered fraudulent. I paid for a monthly subscription to watch a certain event. A few days after the subscription I cancelled the subscription because my reason for doing business with DAZN was completed. The details on said subscription are now stated that I'll have to continue paying monthly for one year because it was a yearly subscription and not one month. If that's true then that information was buried deep within the agreement and I would've never agreed to it. This should be illegal.

    Cheating people out of their money business practices. They have made it difficult to cancel and time consuming. Requires you to talk to a rep via chat versus previously being able to cancel by logging in and clicking cancel under subscriptions. No one has time for this and thats how they cheat the people! Took me 20 min on chat and they tried to offer me discount then which is pointless. Than they say you need to give 30 day. Notice so they prorate charge you till you meet that minimum even though we dont use the service anymore. Never will I buy from them again. BBB needs to audit their business practices and make it fair for consumers.

    I want to start off by saying how horrible this company is, and how much stress they have caused me in the last 2 months. I purchased a PPV boxing fight with this platform, thinking I was just paying for the **** Then a month later realized they put me in a yearly subscription which Im charged $19.99 every month, I never opted in this subscription NRVER!!! I tried talking to an online agent but he was no help at all saying theres nothing he can do and that theyll continue to charge me until the subscription ends. I have called my credit card company and had them send me a new card but sure enough this still wasnt enough. They still found a way to charge me. Im gonna be following up with the *********************** Hopefully some way this platform gets shut down this is one big scam!
