      Been calling my restaurant for months trying to get us to join slice. We have repeatedly told them no and asked them to stop calling. They are still calling us every week harassing us about how they can triple the business we do. I have called three separate times telling them to stop calling our store and yet they still havent stopped.

      **************** is horrible they dont refund you they allow restaurants and delivery drivers to leave good outside on steps. Dont replace missing items just everything about this app is horrible

      Do not. Under any circumstance. Order a pizza online from this app. You will spend 4 hours being lied to by someone that says your pizza is on the way. If their pizza tastes like their customer service, you are better off serving your kids a few steaming piles of hot garbage.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Only one of our pizzas arrived; the driver told us someone else took it off the counter. Turns out when I called the restaurant directly both our pizzas were given to our driver, and we learned this was happening frequently where the drivers were stealing the pizzas. The restaurant said we would need to call Slice to resolve getting another pizza. When I called Slice they did nothing to rectify the situation. We will never use Slice again and unfortunately it was a bad look for the **************. I called them back and encouraged them to also drop their association with Slice. For now on I will only call a restaurant directly!

      Dont order from slice. They promote customers service 24/7 but what use is it if they do not have tech access to the restaurant. The estimate time given was ***** minutes then once i confirmed payment I got a message estimated time would be 1 1/2 hours. Tried to cancel they wouldnt until they call the restaurant which wasnt answering. Would never ever use this app again.

      Charges more than the actual parlor. When you do finally earn a free pizza, youve already paid for it. Plus you cant choose what kind of pizza from some vendors. It will automatically give you one type

Once youve got 8 Pizza Points, you can redeem them only in the Slice app for 1 free large cheese pizza at any shop youve already ordered from and the subtotal on the order for the free pizza must be over $15. Your Pizza Points will expire after 6 months if you dont make a qualifying order of $15 or above. You can also check the SLICE REWARDS FAQ on the website for every detail of the Reward program.       Avoid this delivery service if you want your food!!! I ordered pizza and pizza never showed up. Called the pizza place and they had said my order had left a while ago. It was a Friday night and so thought maybe hey were real busy. Called the help number and they said my pizza had been delivered. I assured them I hadnt received my order. They told me to check outside!! I told them I said had opted for the meet at door option. They double checked my address which was correct. The only theing they would do is escalate this to the management team and get back with me as soon as possible. I told the lady well I still need my dinner so how long do I wait? She told me within 24 HOURS, and there was nothing more she could do. We had left that driver a $10 tip. I received a confirmation text that they had my order and approx. delivery time, but nothing after that. No picture or confirmation of delivery. Ive never used them before they just happened to be the delivery service this pizza place used. Well never again!!!! Horrible service and waste of money!
