      Can I give 0 stars? Absolute worst customer service. I tried speaking with the supervisor. We called Slice since it had been awhile since our pizza was delivered, I checked my app and it said the pizza was ready for pickup but I had wanted delivery. We called Slice per the email and the man on the phone said it was for delivery and he didnt know why it said pick up. I then called the restaurant and their manager got on the phone with the same guy. He stated that we never spoke to him. Which was a flat out lie. I called him back and he said he could not offer a refund even though I wanted to cancel the order. He said the restaurant gets paid directly so there was nothing he could do.

      Used Slice last night for the first time and received cold wet food that the so called driver left outside in the pouring rain. Called the restaurant *** **** and they would not help me and told me to call slice customer service. So I called slice and didn't get anywhere but left with cold wet food?!?

      Zero stars. They robbed me. Never delivered anything, insisted it was delivered, never refunded me despite several attempts to get a refund on my part. First and last time using this awful service. Do yourself a tremendous favor and do not give this app your business. Because the bottom line is they will deliver nothing and keep your money.

      Like everyone else said, order wasnt delivered and when I reached out to customer service, the assistance was not there. I have to wait until tomorrow for a resolution, but Slice didnt wait until tomorrow to take my money. Never again.

      Poor delivery service. No intention of really making it right even when it's all on them. But please don't hold your local pizzerias accountable. Share your experience with them and let them decide how important it is that their customers are satisfied with all phases ...from the time it's ordered to the first delicious cheesey bite. Slice doesn't seem to care much about my experience. I'd venture to guess from the other reviews that I'm the rule. Not the exception.

      Please don't order from this app. Placed an order on this app, waited 2 hours but never received my order. Told me that I would not be able to get a refund. The purchase amount including the taxes was $45.12. I've lost this much to this app. They will be hearing from ***** *** *** **** soon.

      I used this delivery platform numerous times. The one time there was an issue with my order they did not nothing to make it right. They are in partnership with the restaurant in question so they could care less about me. The restaurant delivered part of someone else's order to me. The restaurant was incredibly rude and refused to correct it or issue a refund. The response I received from Slice.com was that the restaurant management says they sent me the correct order. End of story. Slice.com does not value it's customers. Do not waste your money utilizing their services. You should be able to leave zero stars in your reviews.

      Did not get order from slice. They told me refund would be processed in 3-5 business days and no sooner because of a banking policy. There is no banking policy prohibiting a refund sooner than 3-5 business days. Never order with anyone using Slice.
