      Waited for over two hours for pizza that never arrived. I then found out the restaurant I had ordered from was actually closed on that day. I have not been refunded and they say it was delivered. Pizza place said it they stopped doing business with Slice because they are dishonest. Stay away.

      Zero stars. They stole my food and my money. The driver was able to claim the pizzas were "delivered" even though the address was incorrect. Since the driver claimed it was delivered, Slice customer service said there was nothing they could do. They also said I was just hangry and shouldn't be upset. When I explained that I was mad because my food AND MY MONEY WAS STOLEN, they didn't care. I even explained that even if the address was correct, Slice's policy allows for drivers to claim the food was delivered and the customer has no recourse to fight the situation. Again nothing. Do not use this company, and be careful to check that the store you order from doesn't use them either.

      Horrible! After 3 hours and many text correspondences (1 mile away, 10 min away, etc) nothing delivered. Our last message requesting a refund promptly ended any response from them. We will never again order from any business that uses this as their delivery service

      For this particular scam artist there should be a negative star rating!Slice is a rip-off. Placed order with local pizza shop but pizza never arrived. This has happened before so 2 strikes. Who in their right mind would pay for something they did not receive? And in talking with restaurants they say sometimes orders from Slice are never received by the restaurant and customers show up angry. Advice to restaurants using Slice: STOP. When I see Slice delivery as an option I choose another restaurant. Seeing Slice as an option tells me that the restaurant dose not carer about their customers.

      Buyer beware!!! I received a large order of food from a restaurant I frequent. I never ordered it. I was at work all day and was ordered to my house around 11am. I spoke to someone at Slice who said it would take 24 hrs to review. I said ok but please delete my Acct and ccard info. They said they cant do that either. they said it was probably an outside breech. It would also take 24hrs. I cancelled my card immediately. When they got back to me refuses to credit me and still couldnt delete my Acct. This is criminal behavior and they know it.

      Order from a pizza place I love using slice app I live in a new development so the location thing in the app did not pull I exact address so I left a note stating my correct address and that it was new development. I also took an additional step too reach out too there customer service where one agent lied and told me she reach the drive and my address was all set and I would get a phone per my request and that did not happen spoke with a second agent who stated my order was delivered to the other address because the first agent wasnt able to contact the driver they did not Replace or refund my money and my family still dont have dinner.

      Was told order will be ***** mins and after contacted them a hour and a half later still no pizza from a place thats 3 blocks away. Bonus was they lied to me and said pizza was on way and 15 mins later I told them forget it , I dont like liars . Shame on me for not reading the reviews first.

      I already emailed ********@slicelife.
      My husband and I ordered food from our local pizza restaurant. We received confirmation that our order had been picked up, though after waiting for an hour and a half, we called the restaurant only to learn that the order was still sitting at the restaurant. We spoke with the restaurant manager who explained that she would call Slice to problem solve. About 10 minutes later we received a call from a representative who explained that a new driver could not be assigned because the driver is assigned by the "system" and since the driver placed the order as picked up, there was nothing additional that could be done aside from refunding our order. I asked to speak with a manager and was told this was impossible. I asked when I could speak with a manager and was told that she could not tell me. I then went on the website and used the chat feature and received the same information. I am surprised that a large delivery service corporation is not able to problem solve or provide customer support. I am also surprised to learn that Slice is not able to use technology to find a way to override a "system" to manually assign a driver to deliver food so that customers are satisfied. I continue to be surprised to learn that Slice is not able to issue credits toward future food. All of these solutions would not have resolved the problem, though they might have given me some sense that your corporation is concerned with maintaining my business. Still, I would like to speak with a manager. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible.

      If you use Slice to pay for any purchases and store your credit card information, DELETE it! My Slice account was hacked and 3 unauthorized purchases were made. Called my credit card company to cancel the card and dispute the charges. I also called Slice to inform them of the hack. That was a joke. Deleted the account after I requested a copy of the transactions, and profile information with the changes that were made. Sadly, now that I am looking into Slice it appears ****** recommended deleting their app and avoiding using their website. Apparently, the company was accessing its user's private information. The company called it a "glitch" in their software information. Initially, one charge for 17.00 was made, then 28.00 to test out using the card in 1 day, then another charge for 73.00. Check your Slice transactions, cancel your credit card, and DELETE their app and your profile!

      Slice takes zero accountability for issues with orders through their app. We placed an order for a pizza which arrived as a pile of mush stuck to the top and sides of the box. When we reached out to the pizzeria they pointed us to Slice and when we reached out to Slice they claimed there was nothing they could do. Ultimately after 30 mins of back and forth they gave a marginal discount on an inedible pizza. They claimed the delivery was through a third party and that there is unfortunately no way we could fully refund or replace the order. If Im not utilizing them for a delivery service, Im quite confused as to what these delivery service fees and their business model actually is?? Seems like a convenient way to take zero accountability for poor customer experiences.
