      Slice deserves NO stars. Placed my order they took my money and 30 minutes after ordering I looked to see the delivery status. CANCELLED ORDER. Was what I saw so I called slice, they said the restaurant cancelled the order because there were no delivery drivers available. They asked if I could pick it up and they would reimburse the delivery fee. Seriously? So I jump in my car and drive to the restaurant as I’m driving I call the restaurant for precise location. They said the order was picked up. WHAT? I said well I didn’t pick it up and I told slice I’d pick it up. Evidently their service sucks. Never again.

      I’ve used this app for about a year, then noticed most recently that there were 2 debits from my bank account which is connected to ****** the day after I used the app for delivery. Because I did not order pizza delivery twice in 1 day, the fact that I caught this made me curious so I looked at my Slice history and compared the dates listed to the dates listed in my ****** account; sure enough, I found 4 separate transactions in total in which I was charged 2 times in 1 day within a 10 month period. I will not utilize the Slice app going forward, as I have lost trust in this “service.”

      Zero stars if that were possible. Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks this afternoon around 12:30 from a local pizza place. Received a text message at 12:54 saying my pizza was on its way with a delivery time up between 1:15 and 1:25. Mind you this pizza place is 6 miles from my house. (I had a house full of kids). Ended up calling the pizza place to find out what happened with my order around 1:40. They informed me that no driver had shown up to pick up my order and offered for me to come pick it up. While on the phone a delivery driver from slice showed up. The pizza place offered me the choice of picking it up or having the driver deliver it. I chose delivery because I had already paid $3.60 for it to be delivered. The driver shows up about 1:50. Completely unacceptable and will never use this service again.

      I placed an order at a local restaurant that is about 20 minutes away tops with traffic. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here - placed at 5:16pm and slice said latest arrival 6:19pm. I learned from the restaurant that slice told them to have the order ready at 6:19, not that it would be delivered by then. Why the h*** did slice tell them to not have my order ready for over an hour?? Slice emailed saying the restaurant was delayed lies. Restaurant told me to call direct next time as they deliver themselves also and they would discount my future order. Horrible Slice experience, will never use again.

      Waited for over two hours for pizza that never arrived. I then found out the restaurant I had ordered from was actually closed on that day. I have not been refunded and they say it was delivered. Pizza place said it they stopped doing business with Slice because they are dishonest. Stay away.

      Zero stars. They stole my food and my money. The driver was able to claim the pizzas were "delivered" even though the address was incorrect. Since the driver claimed it was delivered, Slice customer service said there was nothing they could do. They also said I was just hangry and shouldn't be upset. When I explained that I was mad because my food AND MY MONEY WAS STOLEN, they didn't care. I even explained that even if the address was correct, Slice's policy allows for drivers to claim the food was delivered and the customer has no recourse to fight the situation. Again nothing. Do not use this company, and be careful to check that the store you order from doesn't use them either.

      Horrible! After 3 hours and many text correspondences (1 mile away, 10 min away, etc) nothing delivered. Our last message requesting a refund promptly ended any response from them. We will never again order from any business that uses this as their delivery service

      For this particular scam artist there should be a negative star rating!Slice is a rip-off. Placed order with local pizza shop but pizza never arrived. This has happened before so 2 strikes. Who in their right mind would pay for something they did not receive? And in talking with restaurants they say sometimes orders from Slice are never received by the restaurant and customers show up angry. Advice to restaurants using Slice: STOP. When I see Slice delivery as an option I choose another restaurant. Seeing Slice as an option tells me that the restaurant dose not carer about their customers.
