      I was given the option to use slice. The select option says it would be ready in 30 mins. I received a text that read 50- 70 mins. The only option was to cancel or wait. The online CSR did call and try to get sooner but no luck. I dont much like false advertisement. I will not be using again. At least with grubhub and doordash they try to make it right. Discount or rebate. Slice is no bueno.

      I had my home address when I ordered and the driver was in my old address when he said he's here. I did have a huntch and recheck my address in between as well it showed my home address. When I called slice letting them know what happened. Slice Zero customer service told me I ain't getting my food nor refund. Free food to driver as well.Never using this service again. ?? bad bad bad experience.

      Last week i ordered a meatball pizza for delivery. easy right? i was contacted by the driver that i have to come to his car to get the pizza. I live in a 55+/disabled building. been stuck in a chair for over 11 years from an accident, and they cant get their a** out of the car to deliver in person. is beyond belief. they charged **** delivery plus 18% tip, plus .95 keep it local fee. these people are scammers. I told the pizzeria that i would never order from them again until they get rid of this slice crap!

      Slice doesn't care if you receive the wrong order and the restaurant won't refund you, they will read off the same goofy corporate response ten times of them being "unable to act without authorization from the restaurant." Did not care that the restaurant called ** stupid and crazy because the Slice menu had wrong descriptions for food items and inaccurate prices. Slice also told ** the refund had to come from the restaurant, and the restaurant manager told ** the refund had to come from Slice. I find it hard to believe a multi-million dollar service company has its hands tied when it comes to refunding a single pizza. I guess that's the service you can expect from restaurants too cheap to partner with a proper food delivery service with a reasonable refund policy.

      Worst app ever. I kept getting emails that I earned a free pizza (because I ordered from slice a lot). When I went to order my free pizza the option wasnt there. I chatted with someone who said I could order it and then get refunded if I chatted. I ordered my pizza , chatted for over an hour, ate my pizza while still chatting to be told I would get refunded and an email shortly. Never got the email. Chatted again and got put on hold so I called only to find out I had to place another order to get the free pizza. Such a SCAM. I could go on and on but in short I will NEVER order from Slice or the Pizzeria we have been ever again.

      I was charged for a pizza that was never delivered because of a driver issue. I called 5 times and was given 5 ******** versions of what the problem was. STAY AWAY from this service. No pizza and I have to wait for a refund!

      This Place Totally *** customer service. I was charged immediately for an order that was supposed to be delivery. In which I mistakenly was told it was a pick up and I unfortunately could not pick up the order. That is why I had it delivery but slice and the restaurant were very rude. It would not try to work anything out with me regarding this issue. But yet they automatically took money out of my account and I never received the food orsir. I do hope karma comes back to these people because they deserve it. It's sad that companies lack such customer courtesy these days. I think they all need to go back and have classes. I will never order from this app or the restaurant again

      Slice doesnt tell you delivery times, and Ive waited almost two hours after paying for a delivery. Then ** told my order was delivered when it wasnt. When I called to complain I was told they contacted the restaurant and I would receive my order in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, called again, and was told the same thing again. Again 15 minutes later and no pizza. When it was delivered the pizza wasnt hit, and the restaurant is 10 minutes away. Do not use Slice.

      I'm not a customer or a client, every week a representative calls our business to ask if we would like to sign up for their online ordering. Every week we tell them we aren't interested. Last week their representative was downright rude when we told him we weren't interested. Asked to speak with someone higher up and they told me that wasn't an option, so I called their customer service number and got ahold of someone who said they would pass along my request to be taken off their call list. Today we recieved another call, I again told them we weren't interested and explained our desire to not be contacted by them anymore. The person on the phone more or less told me that he had no supervisor to speak with and that there is no way to be removed from their call list. Seems like borderline harassment at this point honestly but I guess our only course of action is to ignore their constant pressure to use them for online ordering.
