      Dont order from slice. They promote customers service 24/7 but what use is it if they do not have tech access to the restaurant. The estimate time given was ***** minutes then once i confirmed payment I got a message estimated time would be 1 1/2 hours. Tried to cancel they wouldnt until they call the restaurant which wasnt answering. Would never ever use this app again.

      Charges more than the actual parlor. When you do finally earn a free pizza, youve already paid for it. Plus you cant choose what kind of pizza from some vendors. It will automatically give you one type

      Hi ****! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Every order for at least $15 of the subtotal at participating pizzerias on the Slice app counts. Once youve got 8 Pizza Points, you can redeem them only in the Slice app for 1 free large cheese pizza at any shop youve already ordered from and the subtotal on the order for the free pizza must be over $15. Your Pizza Points will expire after 6 months if you dont make a qualifying order of $15 or above. You can also check the SLICE REWARDS FAQ on the website for every detail of the Reward program. We apologize for any inconvenience!

      Avoid this delivery service if you want your food!!! I ordered pizza and pizza never showed up. Called the pizza place and they had said my order had left a while ago. It was a Friday night and so thought maybe hey were real busy. Called the help number and they said my pizza had been delivered. I assured them I hadnt received my order. They told me to check outside!! I told them I said had opted for the meet at door option. They double checked my address which was correct. The only theing they would do is escalate this to the management team and get back with me as soon as possible. I told the lady well I still need my dinner so how long do I wait? She told me within 24 HOURS, and there was nothing more she could do. We had left that driver a $10 tip. I received a confirmation text that they had my order and approx. delivery time, but nothing after that. No picture or confirmation of delivery. Ive never used them before they just happened to be the delivery service this pizza place used. Well never again!!!! Horrible service and waste of money!

      Slice is horrible do not use! I search in Slice for a specific restaurant that is close to me, it is a chain. Unfortunately slice placed the order at a restaurant 35 minutes away from me! I didnt find out about it until I went to pick up my order at the local restaurant. Slice customer support said because my order had already been prepared they would not refund me! Of course it was already prepared, when I got notice that it was ready I went to my local restaurant to pick it up! The order was a salad that I paid $13 for along with their stupid one dollar support local fee, which I know goes straight to Slice! But they would not refund my money because the order was already prepared, at the wrong place might I add because the stupid app placed the order at the wrong restaurant.

We charge a really small fee of $0.95 which helps us invest in new and improved tech for local pizzerias so we can make the ordering experience better and also, help local pizzerias thrive in more than one way, the fee is collected by Slice but it is used back at the restaurant to provide them with the necessary tools and means to provide a more pleasant experience through our online platform. As the food has already been prepared by the restaurant and the funds have been allocated accordingly, we cannot process a refund for the order, apologies for any inconvenience caused!       I placed an order at 6:10 p.m. from a pizzeria that is less than a 5 minute drive from my house. All seemed well when they said that my pizza would arrive at 6:59 p.m. but it didn't. Between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. I contacted customer service five times. Each time they told me that according to their system my order would be there within the next 8 to 10 minutes. Eventually they canceled my order all together ??. I had guests and was mortified that I didn't have food to serve them.

      They completely messed up our order but told us they cant do anything about it because thats how it shows in the system?? We got the wrong pizza and never got our marinara sauce, or garlic butter. We paid 57 bucks for this extra stuff. They had no answers and refused to refund us. Same answer with pizza company. Nobody takes responsibility and they get the blame each other. Perfect scenario for no customer service

      Delivery driver never delivered the pizza. I waited over an hour. Finally when they claim they dropped it off , the pizza was nowhere to be found. I then contacted customer service and they were ZERO help. The only advice they could offer is the order is marked as delivered there for we are unable to give you credits or a refund absolutely disgusting! Just stick to DoorDash!

      HORRIBLE!! if I could leave zero stars, I would. Very deceptive website when ordering from restaurants takes you directly to an incognito Slice site which looks like the restaurants site, says nothing about Slice , displays the restaurants name until you click order! Totally screwed up our order and refused to compensate in any manner!!Stay away

      Slice delivered to the wrong address and they are saying they will look into it This is unacceptable. We dont have our dinner , and we are hungry !! They are not like the other delivery services where you can talk to a driver. This is a scam. I saw other reviews with non delivery problems. They need to be shut down
