      I ordered delivery. The app notified me that the order had been delivered but it was not. I called and was told they would investigate. Today they notified me that because the order was marked as delivered they could not offer me a refund. I was charged $25 and didn't receive the item that was purchased.

      The app ask for my location and then send it to a store in another town. When I showed up at the restaurant my food was not there they had no idea where it was and when I figured out what had happened slice wouldn't refund my money. I wouldn't use this app ever again nor will I shop at any retail establishment that expects you to use it.

      Zero stars is more appropriate. I got a call from my husband yesterday asking if I ordered pizza. I said no because I had mowing the lawn and cleaning out my garage so I didnt have my phone on me. Well, not one but two cars pulled up to my parents house with almost $300 worth of pizza that was not ordered by us. I have called twice and emailed and have not heard back. That is unacceptable. Almost $300!! Today when we all are struggling. Im so ****** at ******************** also. We ended up donating to the local DAV ** there were so many pizzas.

      Title: Disappointing Experience - Avoid Slice Pizza!Rating: ?????Review:I had a truly terrible experience with Slice Pizza, and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. This was the second time my family and I encountered issues with their online ordering process.After placing an order, I received a call claiming to be from my bank's fraud department, stating they needed more information to confirm the transaction. They specifically mentioned the last four digits of the card I used to order from Slice. This raised a red flag as it happened to me and my son on separate occasions while ordering pizza from Slice online.Firstly, I was left feeling uneasy and suspicious about the legitimacy of the call. To be safe, I contacted my bank directly to confirm if they had made the call, which they said it was not them.Secondly, the fact that this has happened twice now indicates a potential issue with Slice Pizza's online ordering system or security measures. It's unacceptable to put customers through such an ordeal, and it raises concerns about the safety of personal information.With these recurring problems, I won't be ordering from Slice Pizza again. I hope they take customer feedback seriously but based off of so many bad reviews they dont care.

      I made an order on 7/9/2023 at 10:00pm, after waiting for half an hour for a place which is a 10 minute drive from my apt. I decided to call, just to get a status, a Slice rep told me that my pizza was JUST picked up and was on it's way. Next thing I know, I feel asleep, and I have lost call at 11:55pm... my pizza took over 2 hours to be delivered, and not only that, the Slice rep LIED to me saying it was just picked up (if not I would've cancelled the order). Next morning, I contact Slice chat support to explain the situation and their customer service rep was super rude and unprofessional and said there was nothing to be done and there's no refund or not even any other options for me.

      My pizza order was canceled without any notice. I was checking the status of my order and Slice said it was canceled. I had to call and find out the driver canceled the delivery because he couldn't wait for my order. I paid a fee to use their service and they didn't deliver my food, the restaurant had to do it. That is not the way to do business. I paid for a service I never received. The restaurant had to do their job. I definitely don't recommend Slice.

      The app does not provide correct pricing. I had noted the "manager's special" pricing in the "special instructions" b/c of that. Which of course was not included in my order "receipt" from Slice. When I disputed, they said I had not noted it on my order (which I had). Separately you should not have to note the correct $, in order to get the correct $. When I sent screen shot from the restaurant's site showing the "manager's special" price their response was, "shop has different prices while placing online orders. We do not decide for their prices I apologize about that." Which is not true. Slice is the one with "different prices" than the restaurant's published prices.

      Very poor customer service!! Same issues as these other people. Its very sad that this company is taking advantage of people. People work hard for their money for companies like this to take it.

      Terrible! I received an email from them with a coupon code called LOCAL01 for 15% off. When I went to place an order at my local Pizzeria they told me the coupon was not valid. I contacted Slice and they also told me that they did not send the coupon. I informed Slices customer service that they must have a data breach problem and that this needed to be escalated to management. The little boy that ran customer service thought I was going to get him in trouble so of course he didnt report the incident. Im furious because not only did I waste an hour on a Friday trying to place an online pizza order but I also sent Slice a screenshot of the email. They blatantly refused to offer me an alternative coupon even though Im a customer. They basically said we didnt send this coupon and we dont care who did or that your data is stolen. We refuse to fix this issue and wont be offering you any type of coupon for your trouble or inconvenience. I wont be a customer of theirs anymore and encourage other people to not use their terrible up charged service as well!

      I was given the option to use slice. The select option says it would be ready in 30 mins. I received a text that read 50- 70 mins. The only option was to cancel or wait. The online CSR did call and try to get sooner but no luck. I dont much like false advertisement. I will not be using again. At least with grubhub and doordash they try to make it right. Discount or rebate. Slice is no bueno.
