    The same as the others, this is a complete scam! They collected data for years and are now not willing to pay what was promised.I'm waiting for a lawsuit.

    Complete scam! Everyone you try to redeem a gift card it is either sold out or you must verify your email, update the app, or some other lame excuse to get you to not redeem a gift card. I regret using this as I couldnt used all of my earnings on Rakuten instead.

    Beware of giving this company any of your information and time, so they can sell it for profit while you fight for 30 seconds for one of 240 weekly gift cards with 5 million other users. Today, I pressed the button to redeem, chose my gift card, and was told they "ran out" when they got to me. It's been the same song and dance since they revamped their platform. I will delete the app today with $50 that I have been trying to redeem for a YEAR. It's not worth the time to fight for that when so many other apps are worth your time and do not limit redemption. Every response I've seen from the company is some version of "I'm so sorry we ran out, try again next week!" I have better things to do with my time, and deleting the app is the last few seconds of time I will spend on this app. They will surely have financial issues when they keep losing participants who provide the information they sell. I left one star because I couldn't leave less than that.

    This app is absolutely horrible! I have ~$413.00 in accrued earnings from my linked card purchases, however I will never get one red cent from this company. Gift card redemption is every Thursday at 1:00 pm, however you will never be able to redeem your gift card as they are sold out at 1:01 pm. So, now I have a substantial accrued amount which is absolutely worthless.An offer to convert your points into crypto was introduced however if you accepted this option, you cannot cash out, as it goes right back into your Drop account. See below:FAQ I had investments in Bitcoin or Ethereum.Where did my points go?Any points invested into crypto have been returned to your points balance in full. If you lost points due to market conditions, we added the difference to your balance as a bonus. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. And if anyone reads this, just dont use this app.

    Absolute scam! Like many others I have ****** points which would be $75 in gift cards that I am unable to redeem. Earlier this year I put in a request to redeem points for a gift card. I waited for months, and then I received an email from the company that they were returning my points because they decided to go to a new system. Under this new system you have to compete for a gift card at 10 AM on Thursday, all gift cards are sold out within seconds every week. I have unlinked my cards and no longer use them.

    As you all know, Drop is a scam. Like many of you, I have nearly $100 in points that are worth less than toilet paper after it's been used. I'd love to get a class action started. Who's with me?

    Drop, where they encourage you to buy through their app to collect points to receive a gift card is a complete scam. They do a drop of gift cards once a week, Thursday 1pm. I have tried several weeks to be blocked exact at 1pm and try again at 1:01 pm to get a message that all are sold out! Class action suit anyone?

    If I could go zero stars I would. I have about thirteen ******************************* and am told to go on Thursday at 1 to redeem them on the app. I am there and I go to redeem after two seconds and it says all sold out. This used to be a great site but is now a scam. Take all your linked cards off there and they wont make any money. *************** an attorney and am going to *** them for my gift cards that I have no chance of getting. They dont list a phone number and there online support is useless. I earned these gift cards and dont like being SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!

    Drop needs to be DROPPED by every user because this company is a total scam. This app is absolute garbage - unlink your credit cards and banking info ASAP! The app is still collecting customer data but not compensating their users for this information. The app wont even load at this point and crashes every time I try to open it! Its such a shame that its come to this, but I am not surprised. There is no customer support, so dont waste your time trying to contact them. I will also be filing an iPhone store review, because the company is a sham and they deserve to be shutdown.
