    Used to be a great app and service then became a scam. Wish someone would get a lawyer and start a class action.

    As stated by most other reviews, this company is a scam and does not honor their program. They dont even bother to return emails anymore. Have submitted several tickets with no response. Their program is to redeem gift cards, but gift cards arent actually available for redemption and cant get any response on how to remove my personal information so they can stop tracking me.

    Always states my app needs to be updated despite having downloaded and redownloaded/installed the most recent version. Then if it allows you through, the gift cards are gone. The error message pops up when the gift cards are "available" but not when they are gone. Used to be great. Should be shut down now or at least give people a portion of earnings.

    They need to give us our gift cards. It used to be easy to redeem- now impossible. I would have never joined the Drop App had I known it would turn into this. Now I just want the money that I EARNED so I can delete the app and never look back.

    As others have said, this used to be great but is not a completely scam. I saved a lot of points to invest in their crypto only to have it pulled out without my approval and took 5% of their fee without me taking any action. I now have over $500 that they owe me. I log in exactly at the time the gift cards are available once a week and within one minute they are sold out. Total scam!

    This app is a scam and will not allow you to redeem points for gift cards. Someone needs to force them to comply with what their marketing says their app provides.

    Gift cards arent sold out, you never release them. This is such a scam. You are taking our data, collecting money from businesses, and not providing gift certificates. I again keep trying every week exactly at start time and cant get a gift card. Whats the point of collecting points and you cant use them! This is a scam! This is fraudelent!

    I have been a loyal drop customer for years. They recently change the redemption process for the points that you earn. They release a limited amount of gift cards every Thursday at 1pm EST. Every week I have opened my drop app 10 minutes early in hopes of redeeming a gift card and I get absolutely nothing!! Even though I always press the redeem button within SECONDS of the gift cards being released. The app has either given me an error message saying I need to update my app (I always keep it updated) or it says that all the gift cards have been redeemed for the week. This app has turned into a total scam!! I currently have $68 in points that I will probably never get back. I have removed all my accounts and credit cards from this app!!

    They mislead their customers. You used to be able to redeem gift cards through them now they make it impossible.
