    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REDEEM OVER ****** POINTS THAT I EARNED USING THE **** BUT HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DO SO FOR ABOUT A YEAR. TOTAL SCAM!!!

    Used to be great, now you can never redeem your points, or talk to anyone. I don't even believe anyone is getting their gift cards. I'm starting to feel like it's all fake at this point. I've been trying to redeem my points for years now since the change and I've gotten 1 $5 card. I dont even see the app in the play store anymore. **************** is literally non existent.

    It was great at first! Was able to cash in on giftcards whenever I had enough points. Even would cash in at a store and use it at that store. But for the last 2 years, Ive been unable to cash in on any giftcards. Ive sent them a complaint with no response other than try again next week or make sure your app is updated. Today, I was on as soon as it let me and quickly picked a giftcard just to be told 2 mins later that I had missed it :(. Its so frustrating! Its like they were great in the beginning and customer service was great when I didnt receive points but then all of the sudden, they changed completely. There is no way of contacting them now. I just checked. They should just shut the app down and tell us that they are a big scam now.

    Drop lures you in with promises of points for signing up and sharing your credit card and bank account usage data, which you can redeem for gift cards. However, theres a major catch: the gift cards are perpetually out of stock. Each week, new gift cards are released every Thursday at 10 am, and they sell out instantly, preventing you from ever using your hard-earned points. This frustrating situation has persisted for over a year, and its outrageous that they havent been shut down by now.

    I wont even give drop one star! They will never answer me. My direct question will never come up with their BOTI have been trying o get my $300 for probably over a year or so. I have only ever received one I do believe! They change their rules every-time people complain!

    It was a great app before Covid. Now I can never redeem my points for gift cards because theyre never available. This business is a total scam, they have all your information with the promise of being rewarded and you never are

    Scam - disconnect all cards etc - the weekly draws are a joke- Ive never been able to verify my phone despite multiple tech support cases. Useless bunch of garbage- if I could give no stars or better - negative stars , I would

    Drop entices you sign up for their service so that by providing them your credit card and bank account usage data, you receive points which can in turn be used for gift cards. One issue? Their gift cards are never available. New gift cards drop every Thursday at 10am and have sold out as soon as you try to exchange your points for one. This has been going on for over a year. Im shocked why they havent been shut down at this point.

    The app does not allow you to cash in your points for gift cards as stated always mysteriously gone, no matter which gift card you choose. Would like to leave less than one star but 1 is the lowest permitted.
