    This company will have you do surveys and buy items from the companies that they advertise to earn points for gift cards. Then they refuse to give you your gift card that you have redeemed. They are using these companies that they say advertise with them. Lots of complaints

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this gift card issue. At the moment, we do not have a timeline we can promise to our members pertaining to when their gift cards will be sent out. However, a communication will be going out from the company next week updating all affected member with details surrounding this ongoing issue. As soon as we have more details on the matter, we will be contacting all affected members to let them know of these updates.

    Hi again,


    A communication went out to all members affected by the gift card delay on Monday, July 17th, 2023. This communication confirmed the refund of all gift cards redeemed between April 3rd and July 16th. The script was run successfully and all affected members were refunded. This communication also confirmed that all affected member received a bonus for the delay we experienced. These bonuses have all gone out.


    I can confirm I have double-checked and all points that needed to be paid out have now been paid out.

    They are totally lying. They said that everyone got their money July ****, however it says when the next time to cash out next Thursday. They are totally lying. I have never received me. I was hoping by writing to you that you might be able to help me
