  Since this summer the app started changing the redemption of points system to one that will not allow you to redeem. Within a minute before the time they stipulated to do redemption their platform freezes, and ironically DROPS .. you dont stand a chance to redeem. Ive been trying every week since summer not an option for me. Today I enter and it wont even open the app.. They have robotics answers in the customer service. Not actually doing anything to solve the problem in my opinion. Waste of time clearly they changed the system to avoid redemptions.

  I used to love Drop and would actively shop through their links in order to get points. Once you get so many points, you can redeem them for gift cards ranging from $25 and up. I redeemed some gift cards in March that I should have had immediately. I finally started complaining to them because I really wanted them for my vacation that was in June. By end of July they had refunded my points and changed their program. They 'Drop' gift card redemptions every Thursday at 1pm, the app crashes and you never even have a chance at a gift card. I don't understand how this company is being allowed to still do what they do, nor do I understand why huge companies like ********************************* Dunkin', Amazon, etc. all still partner with this company... I want to cash out my points and move on. I have enough for a $100 gift card, but I doubt I will ever be able to use it. You can visit their ******** page to see how many people are frustrated with this company. Yes, it is free to people, but I have missed out on legit cash back or points back through many other outlets that actually give what they advertise to consumers. Drop Support is also a giant joke. No one ever answers your messages or emails. Something needs to be done. If I could leave negative star reviews, I would!

  Used to be fantastic. Now they claim to have gift cards available one day a week at a specific time but when you attempt to connect to the store it glitches, drops the signal, leaves you hanging or just claims all the ** have been claimed. Many many many users have hundred of thousands of points earned that are now worthless. ( I have ******* that translates to $150) They continue to take in ad dollars and sell user info but no longer fulfill promises. Outright lies. Full on scam.

  I have been a member of drop and got my points and redeemed for a few years with no issue then everything changed! I believe back in March or so their polices changed and you had to wait in excess of ***** for a gift card to be rewarded and then all of a sudden in July they came up with this one a week redeem at a certain hour and you had a window of about 2 minutes and then they sold out. Well that is part of the issues because if and only if you can redeem your points they block you the following week so in actuality you really only redeem every other week. Now the site is broken and horrible because you cant even get through to redeem, I have been trying for 3 weeks and constantly click the button and after about 2 minutes it comes up sold out till the next week. This is such a scam of a site and never used to be and no one will respond to email so dont waste your time! At this rate I have so many points they will never get used. So so bad!

  IT has become a horrible app holding my data hostage and the points I earned from previous app. its a race against time to redeem points for limited gift cards. You may never get to redeem it

  This app used to be legitimate, but its practically a scam now. While you dont have to pay money to use it, youre paying in data and personal financial information. The app used to award gift cards when you accumulated points, but now you have to enter a queue at a specific time on a specific day to claim a gift card, which sells out within 1-2 minutes. They claim instant gift cards on their marketing but this is a lie and possibly a legal offense. Do not trust them with your financial information - who knows what theyre doing with it at this point if theyre this financially strapped.

  Drop used to be the best for earning cash back by shopping online and playing games. Now its an absolute scam and customer service knows it and doesnt care. They have been accessing and profiting off of users personal data and refuse to issue gift cards that they owe. They used to have instant gift cards available 24/7. Then they changed the policy to making people wait 60 days for a gift card. At the end of the 60 days they didnt send the owed gift cards. They sent an email saying the points had been refunded to the drop account with a bonus of ***** points. Supposedly they release the gift cards on Thursdays at 1:00 pm. Every week at 1:00 pm I am on the app and no gift cards are available. I try to restart the app to be able to buy them and I encounter four minutes of loading screens and network errors. By 1:04 the Drop app says that the gift cards are sold out and they tell you try again next Thursday. How many gift cards are they releasing, one? Drop support wont provide and help and their cut and paste answers are infuriating. The changes to the gift cards make it impossible to redeem your points. I feel ripped off by Drop every week that I cant use the now useless points. I redeemed these points for gift cards back in early May and they were never sent. They have had access to my financial information and shopping history and have failed to provide me the gift cards I earned for almost five months. I strongly recommend everyone avoid this app and dont link your accounts. They have become scammers and they need to be shut downs

  Drop has changed their rewards policy and made it essentially impossible to redeem any earned rewards. Instead of being able to use your points for gift cards ranging in redemption price, you now have to be on the app at exactly 1:00pm ET to fight for a $25 dollar gift card that will be sold out in a matter of minutes. You then have to wait for another week to do the same thing. Its not worth it, and they are cheating their customers. Do not waste your time or give up your information by using this app.

  Drop collects your data and uses your credit card info, advertises in their app, collects money from partners but fails to redeem gift cards to their customers. Ive been patient and trying to redeem my points since April but there is always some excuse..: you can only redeem gift card now on thursdays at 1:00pm but the app freezes up then at 1:02 all gift cards are sold out now you have to wait another week to get another bogus excuse and error saying I already redeemed a gift card this week which is not true, n you can only chat with a bot with no solution.
