      BUYERS BEWARE!!! If I can give ClassPass a Zero I would. They did not carry out the terms in the agreement. I loss $89 (43 Credits) as a result of ClassPass falsifying vendor/partnership information. The place *********** located in ********, ** said they do not do business with ClassPass although this company was listed on the ClassPass website and App!!!! I also found when I was in ************ that ClassPass had companies that didnt exist!! Per ClassPasss disclosure, for certain vendors, they have to call and verify the reservation which they NEVER DID which is how I lost $89. Do not waste your money. *** told my daughter and friends to drop them because the are a deceitful company. Its as if businesses dont want to do business with ClassPassand I can see why!! Also, I called ClassPass parent company, Mindful Inc.they cant do anything for you should you end up in a situation like mine. In fact, its as if they know nothing about ClassPass. Biggest issueClassPass does NOT have a number to reach them on; you can only complete a form to send to them for all communications. TWO WORDS-Stay away from ClassPass!!! Wish I had checked the BBB before being stuck with ClassPass and a loss of $89. Its not the money, its the principle that theyre DECEITFUL!!! This has been posted on BBB, ****** and Yelp!

      On the last day of a free trial, I upgraded from a 43 credit plan to an 80 credit plan. I was charged for both plans, even though I received only 80 credits. Classpass refused to refund me any money. Watch out! Their business practices are shady.

      AWFUL - Reporting to better business bureau AWFUL - NEVER USE WORST customer experience in my 40 years of life. They cheat so much that I am going to report them to the better business bureau based on advice from my bank. My bank even wants me to move forward with a dispute claim based on ClassPass' sketchy ways.Terrible customer service and little tricks to cheat you out of your money.Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I never write reviews, but I actually lost so much time and money from this company that I'm taking the time out to do this.Firstly, my husband signed up for a free trial with classpass and then referred my daughter and myself. Neither of us could find where to input the code, so we just went through with the normal process.When we signed up, we didn't get any credits. My daughter decided to cancel her account and when trying to cancel they sent a message saying if she signs up now, she'll get 10 dollars off or something. She just took it and now the customer service claims that neither she nor my husband will get the bonus credits.Their policies are confusing and they are extremely expensive. They basically cheated us out of money as well since they kept on offering us random deals, but removing the deals we thought we were getting. It makes no sense because the discounts are applied to the "next three" billing cycles whereas the 20 credits should be applied to the current.Absolutely terrible. Truly awful. The worse experience with customer service and cheating as a company I have ever experienced.

      As a business owner, I'm fed up with this horrible platform and will be delisting. First, for whatever reason, the setup to be listed on the platform is a pain and I have to run 2 calendars because they don't integrate with my own which is a well known software that they should be able to do so.Second, for whatever reason they don't collect phone numbers so the only way to communicate with someone is through email. Well that's great if you have a week to wait to hear back but if there was a mistake in scheduling, if you have to make a change to the class and they booked in for tomorrow too bad for you. It makes your business look bad when you can't promptly get in touch if needed and then you can't remedy the situation quickly and easily either. It's 2023. If we're only resolving issues or communicating through email something's wrong.Finally, they have an external review system and internal review system. I had a negative review from someone who never went to my class and even though they removed the outward facing review they didn't remove the internal review. Sounds ok, except apparently the internal review is what helps you show up in search results. I was getting new bookings every week and then after that one review NOTHING for months. Not to mention the people who are signing up for classes 9 times out of 10 are not serious, will cancel last minute, and are interruptive and distracting to those who pay full price for a class.This is the most frustrating, mind-numbingly idiotic, and fruitless software I've ever encountered for my business. And I've encountered plenty. YOU'RE BETTER OFF HANDING OUT FLYERS THAN USING THIS PLATFORM FOR NEW CLIENTS AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING. 0/5 stars.Also, two thumbs down on BBB. Regardless of the 1 star rating this company has, BBB rates it as an "A-". Don't trust any of these companies.

      This company has really gone downhill. l have been a member for at least 5 years now, and am really frustrated. I did move to a smaller city, where they dont have as many partner options, but even the few available keep disappearing from the app. I do still use the app when I travel, so I have kept a membership even considering the limited options in my home town. My last straw has been trying to use up remaining credits with class pass concierge bookings- where they say they will book wellness appointments (massage, facials, etc) on your behalf. I even had to buy extra credits to book one of these, but the appointments never book. They list as pending and disappear the day before. And per their policies I cannot receive a refund on these extra credits I purchased. It is also extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at this company. Their customer service is seriously lacking. I almost wonder if anyone even works for this company anymore. Highly recommend finding alternative options for booking group exercise classes.

      I signed up for their trial offer and subsequently canceled via their website. I then had life/health issues and did not review my credit card statements on one card for almost a year. I think found they had been charging me monthly. I complained and received a 4 month refund. This means they kept 7 months of charges. *** culpa for not catching the charge. Nevertheless they never sent me one email in any of those months to invoice me or even to acknowledge my "membership". Not one email! I know I canceled but since I did so via their website I don't have a sent email proving my cancellation. BEWARE! This business like so many is designed to get you to sign up for monthly and then stop all communication. I can't imagine what went wrong on their site or if it intentionally failed to accept my cancellation but bad business practices! I hope that the Better Business Bureau will investigate and make sure that their cancellation procedure works and that they are not breaking any laws by failing to communicate. Unfortunately I am at a loss of approximately $700.

      I recently booked an UNLIMITED 30 day pass GYM pass at a specific Gym through a pop-up offer on the class pass app ( $126) . The expectation of Unlimited basically means drop in / drop out anytime during the period. This is not what happens. This Gym has 17 slots a day. The "unlimited" pass is restricted to a 6am, 9pm or 12pm "class". That's 3 slots out of 17 . You find this out after you have made the payment. particularly . Under common law an onerous and unusual contract term is not binding if it has not been adequately brought to the customers attention. Class Pass refused to refund me and I cancelled my membership but they still continue to bill me claiming that the 30 day pass is not refundable !

      Classpass charges fees constantly. I was charged a fee for making a reservation accidentally and trying to correct that within five minutes. I have also been charged fees many times with no communication or evidence of this in my charges within the app. When I reach out to customer service. I get the same generic responses that do not apply to my case. For example, in the case of the accidental reservation that was held for under five minutes, I was told that the studio would have been unable to fill the class spot that I had reserved. It was only reserved for less than five minutes at 11pm the night before. I am extremely disappointed in ClassPass. Their model makes it seem as if they are greedy and essentially stealing extra money from customers who already spend money on extra credits. I would give 0 stars if I could.

      Yes listen to the business owners. ClassPass will get some business but has the worst customer service! They will take days to get back to you. No phone number, impossible to reach a human. Chat bot only. Do you have online booking? Well expect Classpass to s**** that up for you double booking customers who will arrive and then be mad at guess who ? Yes, that's right your business. Class pass won't provide customer phone number to contact these folks who have been double booked. Why because they don't care about your business.Want to confirm you've been paid accurately good luck.they dribble out payments with no customer name attached I hope you are a good accountant!

      ClassPass is not transparent at all. I could not view any of the credits amount that each class cost without a membership. I signed up for the 2 week free trial but STILL couldn't see some of the credit costs and couldn't sign up any ********* classes. How can I be expected to pay a monthly fee when I don't even know what I can get from that monthly amount. The credit costs for each class need to be transparent from the start. Also, the 2 week free trial is misleading since its so limited. Avoid! Major red flags. I immediately canceled the free trial before getting automatically billed.
