My bf and I bought a parking ticket for the **** stadium for Monday night football (******* * ******). Seatgeek is the official resale partner for these tickets and we couldn’t not buy them anywhere else. We arrived 1 hr early and went to our designated lot only to be told that our ticket won’t scan because it’s already been used. Seatgeek refused to refund the ticket and ignored multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Funny thing is there were seatgeek ads all around the stadium touting their buyers guarantee. Such a scam company and will never buy from them again. We spent around $150 for the seatgeek ticket that was already used. Eventually found parking right across the street for $60. For anyone going to the **** stadium, don’t buy off seatgeek who who scams their customers by selling already used tickets and then not refunding when caught.

Last month I bought 4 tickets individually for Jingle Ball. All four of the tickets were in Section 213 row 16. I knew they were not next to each other so I wasnt expected the seats to be together. Two days before the concert I get all of my tickets through ****** *****r, only 1 ticket was in section 213 row 16! The others were in different sections and different rows! When I called, about 100 times, their final resolution was a credit to return all 4 of my tickets and rebuy new tickets! Mind you this is for a very popular concert and two days before the concert the tickets are all jacked up! So my choice was to forgo the concert and get a credit to use this terrible business again, or just **** it up and go with my children and sit in all different sections! They are the worry to deal with! Do not buy tickets from seat geek. **************** is awful along with their sellers.

Do not use SeatGeek! I purchased a parking pass for through SeatGeek upon arrival at the stadium, I was informed that the pass was not affiliated with the stadium at all. I was directed to park at a nearby restaurant and take an Uber to the stadium.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I discovered that parking there was completely free, leaving me confused about what I had paid for. The parking pass I purchased was not legitimate, providing no value whatsoever.
I have reached out to SeatGeek multiple times to resolve this issue. The first representative told me I would receive a refund to my payment method, only to later apologize and state I could only receive a credit. This was after waiting hours for a response. The second representative also offered only a credit after a long delay. When I escalated the issue to a third representative, I was told that not only would I not receive a refund, but the credit offered was considered the "refund" the first representative had mentioned, as if the words 'refund' and 'account credit' are interchangeable.
Unreasonable and insulting. The word "refund" implies returning money paid - not forcing me to use a credit for future purchases. I have repeatedly stated that I do not want a credit; I want my money back for a service that was not delivered.
I wish I paid with my credit card because I would absolutely dispute the charge.
Use GameTime, if you have an issue with their tickets they actually refund you.

Be aware of using this buisness - scamming people on resell tickets with BIG profit. They sold me 2 tickets for a show for $201.08 that a 3-rd party purchased for $140.- directly from Theatre. What I don't understand is how the sale went through? Here is the thing; My credit card was charged $201.02 at 1:42pm, and the person who purchased those tickets charged them on his credit card at 2:11pm - How is that possible. When I went to the theatre the tickets were not there !!! Thanks to my screen shot I prooved that I paid for it-of course they located this ticket under different name - and asked me how much I paid for it. Still I feel like I was scammed for $60. Who, if any is responsible for these dishonest bussiness practices by SeatGeeks ???

It was bad. The discount was highlighted before purchasing, but while checking out, the promo code entry is not easy to find, and it used a totally different term "access code" (customer service told me) not as what it advertised as Promo Code. it misleads.

******** customer service. Would only use for direct purchase from the theatre, not for third party resllers. **************** does not take accountability for mistakes nad is frustrating to deal with. No accountability or follow up. Ages for a resolution.

I bought tickets for a concert that ended being rescheduled. Requested to get a refund but instead got a promo code for the value. I wasnt told the code expired and now its been a year and i just lost $384. They dont want to extend the code or even give me a cash refund.

Never buy parking passes on SeatGeek. I selected a parking lot right across the street from ******************** in *******, when I received the tickets via email, they were for a different lot that was over a mile away. Ended up not parking there (obviously), and was essentially scammed out of my money as their customer service team refused to refund my tickets. I also contacted them right after the tickets were sent to my email (before the event) and they refused to cancel. This is a scam company and I do not recommend using them.

Bought football game tickets for the ****** and Rams yesterday (11/24/24), tickets were sent and available in my seat geek app. We get to the stadium and the tickets are invalid. We talk to box office and someone has already used the tickets earlier so we're SOL. We waste the entire first quarter waiting in line to resolve the issue and the first half chatting with customer service. I contacted ****************** and they say they'll investigate but it'll take 5 days. Completely unacceptable. Because we'd traveled and were already at the stadium, we bought separate tickets at the box office but the only ones left were at the very top row in a corner section. What was supposed to be a fun night at the game turned into a nightmare and the entire night was ruined. Buying with seat geek is not worth the risk, you could end up out of money with no tickets.
