      DO NOT EVER USER ********************! The tickets were misrepresented (said it was in a certain row, turned out they were not), they have outrageous fees which I did not see until AFTER the order processed, and when I immediately tried to cancel/get a refund, they (through a chat box) said all sales are final. I am trying to escalate, but these folks are crooks!

      I NEVER GOT MY TICKETS!! I even chatted with a man "named" ***, made me feel like i was getting somewhere with this so called "company". He was probably in on it the scam! I spent endless hours searching for my tickets, endless hours because the venue hadn't released them yet . I Call ************  NEVER USE THEM! IM OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!! I'M GONNA WRITE IT ALL OVER ******** AND *******!!

      why isnt there an investigation into this company? Is someone at BBB asleep here? THis is an organization that has almost no positive experiences! There are ripoffs everywhere with them and yet no one is doing anything. Is this simply a gripe website or does anything ever get done about them.

      I purchased St. Louis ***** tickets a few weeks ago and mistakenly left my debit card information on their site. Yesterday I had almost $3,000 worth of fraudulent charges attempted on my credit card through their site. I contacted my bank and had my card cancelled after two charges in succession for $375.15 were charged to me. I immediately contacted them and was told they could not stop the pending charges, I was not allowed to be transferred to a supervisor and they would get back with me in ***** hours. I was then sent an email from SEATGEEK to my SEATGEEK account thanking me for my purchase for ***************** tickets. I live in ********* and would never purchase a seat in ******* to see the Cardinals. I subsequently sent another email to them and told them I was going to start an investigation with a fraud detective in ********* against their company because someone stole and used my information stored on their site. Within 2 hours 2 pending credits were posted to my account. One was released, the other was held until I emailed them this morning and demanded that they release the hold on my credit. Within 15 minutes my money was there. I have never gotten another email or phone call from them with any explanation. Buyer beware of this site and NEVER store your information on their site.

      I purchased tickets for an upcoming concert and have not received them. I have done this before from other reseller sites and received the tickets within 1 or 2 days. When I enquired about this, there was a lot of deflecting with inaccurate information and either outright lies, or possibly uninformed staff. I was told that the venue doesn't release the tickets until close to the event, when I pressed the issue I was THEN told that they will reach out to the individual that is selling the tickets via SeatGeek. I don't understand how they are permitted to Not offer a refund or cancellation when the transaction has not been fully completed? Perhaps I will try speaking to my credit card company.

      They will not refund for a cancelled event. We have been trying for months. They keep saying the event is rescheduled. However, they have proof the promoter is dissolved. They promise to investigate and respond, but they don't.

      Terrible business. Didnt get tickets until day of event after three days of promises. Tickets then required printing out although staff said could use phone since we would go directly from airport to theater. Many other problems too numerous to recount.

      Scam. Do NOT use this company. They sold tickets to a concert that did not even exist and it is even still listed on their website to an ************************* concert on 12/31/22. The **************** confirmed this is not (and never was) a real concert. Also the artist website does not list this date. We purchased tickets and they will not respond to my repeated requests to refund the money. Nuts. I will be filing a lawsuit to expose the fraud and will attempt to make it a class action for all of ** that have been wrongly done. This is crazy...how on earth are they still a company.

      All I have to say is Seatgeek is trash! I'd be surprised if they're not going to court for shady business practices. Some needs to go to jail!

      I never received my tickets. Event was cancelled and supposedly will reschedule. Been 3 months and nothing. Contacted customer support and told me I have to contact the seller? Their seller sold through their platform, I have no other way to contact him except through Seat Geek.Lost $850
