      I bought rod wave concert tickets ($443) concert gets postponed with a TBD date, i have a life and a job. I already took off work for the original concert i cant wait for a new date or another vacation. Emailed seat geek a bunch of times. Got a response to send my tickets BACK through Ticketmaster originally ordered off of seatgeek, and once i did tht and emailed someone else they said once i transferred them back they couldnt refund my money but the employee said to transfer them because my email stated how do i get a refund . The biggest scam ever i will NEVER but off seatgeek ever again. Now my money is sitting in seatgeeks promo code section.

      My daughter bought tickets to Billie ****** last week. When she and her friend got to the venue, tickets were scanned for entry to the venue. But, when they went to their seats they found people already sitting in them. Everyone ended up at the box office to figure this out. Turns out the other people had purchased the same exact tickets from *****. Vivid tickets fully refunded the other people even though they were allowed to stay in the seats since they arrived at the venue first. But, my daughter was left at the venue with no seats. By the time a manager at the venue saw her in tears crying and took pity on her she missed the opening act entirely. The manager allowed my daughter and her friend to stand at the back on the floor and watch the concert. I realize that she still got to see the concert, but after a lot of other issues and there was no seat to sit in for my daughter who has scoliosis and a tail bone issue. I contacted SeatGeek today to see if they would be able to issue some type of credit since she paid over $600. I was told that since my daughter had been able to scan the tickets to get into the venue it was SeatGeek's policy to not allow for any reimbursement. Just because she was able to get into the venue, she still did not get to sit in or watch the concert from the seats she paid for with her own money. After explaining that this was a terrible policy the agent with SeatGeek said she would escalate it to her management team and call or email us back. I do not except a call back, especially after seeing the BBB rating. ****** learned and we will never use them again.

      If I could rate 0 stars I would. Well, let’s see. First, you allow students at universities to sell tickets for parking that cannot even be used. For $70+ none the less. Then I reach out to get help because the day of the event I still hadn’t received my parking pass and you guys told me I had been emailed the pass. I checked all my boxes and nothing. I stayed on the phone trying to get it situated the whole time I was en route to event. Got to event and still didn’t have. All your tech wanted to do was ask me to send him screen shots repeatedly of my email and search for email. We had to park 1 mile away from event and were so late because the place we parked was somewhere we randomly had to find as the $70 + parking pass from your company STILL was not sent to me. So not only were we late to the event from trying to find parking, (by the way I purchased parking pass from your company to avoid this situation) we missed pregame, kick off and part of the 1st quarter. AND I spent the first half of the game trying to correspond by MESSAGE with you rep and all he wanted was more screen shots of my email. Really?!?!? My son’s bday surprise was RUINED and then i’m expected to ignore him and stay on phone via messenger with your company for YOUR poor business practices. I gave Seat Geek one more chance after the last disaster but NEVER AGAIN will I use Seatgeek and i’ll make sure to let EVERYONE I know in on my experiences with your poor customer service.

      Seat Geek sold me tickets that were a scam. They had already been sold to someone else. When we got into the stadium there were people already in our seats with the same barcodes. The tickets were marked as clear view and they were not a clear view. They were 100 percent obstructed. Seat Geek did nothing about it accept protect the seller even though they say they 100 percent guarantee their tickets. It is not true Do not buy from them.

      Tickets purchased not tickets advertised. Seat Geek is a fraud. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE FOR SEATS. Deceptive marketing and advertising. Image advertised seats showed clear view of field where actual seats had a large pillar blocking 30% of the view. Complete fraud.

      Dont even use SeatGeek. I wish I could addd photos here and a video. Their customer service is atrocious. Firstly I bought tickets for a game last night 11/12 on 11/10 I purchased these. I ended up having a late day of work and not being able to make it. So I go to list the tickets I already bought and own.I was told you cant sell these tickets under a certain amount and unfortunately there were cheaper club level tickets in my area. I was told its tier based and I need to have an agreement to sell the tickets under a certain price. I have been emailing them like crazy and have got 0 response in regards to listing tickets. The only thing Im asking for is where does it say when you buy the tickets you cant sell for any price. All I was trying to do is drop the price so these tickets would sell and I get SOME money back. They DID NOT let me and my tickets did not sell and I lost $120 when I wouldve accepted half my money back for those tickets. Thanks for nothing.

      Seatgeek charged me $450 for 2 seats to the ************** game. I downloaded the tickets but when I got to the gate, there was only artwork and no QR code or Barcode. Totally screwed.

      Fees were half the price of the ticket itself! $100 ticket $40 in fees...and this is all done electronically. What do the fees even cover? As much as I hate to say it, I may never go to an event ever again. I would ***** pay $140 for a ticket but when I see $40 in fees on a $100 ticket all I feel is that I got ripped off.

      Absolute worst company in the world. I decided to give them a try and it has been a nightmare. The cast the blame on to the seller. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS BUSINESS.

      Compared to other sites, SeatGeeks event cancellation policy is troublesome, slow, and looks to take advantage of customers. In the event of a cancelled event, every other site immediately refunds the user's credit card and can be see the same day. However, SeatGeeks automatically gives users credit and requires you to contact their support (after hours of waiting for a response in chat) to change the refund method. After doing so, the refund takes up to 60 days to hit the account (I have still yet to see it 20 days later). It really looks to pray on their users, would strongly strongly avoid.
