      Overcharge for tickets, add a ridiculous amount of fees, no cancellations or refunds, and charge an additional ridiculous fee to resale tickets

      Bought tickets 3 months ago. 15 minutes before the event my tickets were canceled because they were double sold **************** has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and I still have no received a refund STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS

      When I visited Seat Geek to purchase ******* tickets, I was provided with an image depicting the view from the selected seats, similar to what other platforms offer. I saved this image for reference. However, upon later inspection, I discovered that the actual seats were not at all close to what I had anticipated. This misleading representation borders on fraudulent behavior in their ticket sales. I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, but they merely cited their "no refunds" policy. This policy appears designed to mislead customers into believing they are receiving one product while delivering another. Such practices warrant investigation, and I believe their business license should be revoked.

      Worst business *** ever had to deal with. Purchase ******* ********* tickets via seat geek two months prior to the show. Tickets received and added to my Ticketmaster account. The afternoon of the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. We were unable to attend the concert. Ive been calling and emailing with Seat Geek daily now for the last 18 days with zero progress. They have a buyer guarantee that you will be issued a refund if your tickets do not allow entry to the show. Im currently out over $700 and seat geek has done NOTHING to try to remedy this. Im told they are escalating it its top priority supervisor is busy right now theres no timeline for refund processing etc etc. Their customer service is completely incompetent. The absolute worst, would never buy from them again. Beware!!

      I purchased parking tickets for a concert in *********** on February 25. We arrived at the address listed on the ticket and the parking lot didnt exist. After connecting with customer service, they sent us a map of the area and we find the lot 1.5 miles away from the original address to be turned away because the lot was full.After connecting with customer service, they offered me a voucher to use on future purchases. I have been disputing this for days now and they will not refund my money. In my mind, this was an error on their side and an inconvenience to me so I should receive a cash refund.

      I still have not received my money from a ticket sale 6 weeks ago. Everday I have to call the call center and nobody can help. Nobody will ever call me back. I just sold other tickets and was paid in two days

      Seat geek will sell you tickets with the word parking in front of the game details. Makes it look like you're buying seat tickets with parking but you're actually only getting parking spots. Just paid $270 for 3 parking spots that the venue itself sells for $25 a spot. Seat geek refuses to refund or reverse the charge even after calling them within minutes of realizing the tickets were parking only. Best part, once you get your tickets, they send a link to Ticketmaster who suggests you sell them for $25. Do not use seat geek. Scam.

      This company is completely off the the charts in terms of price gauging and an epic, unscrupulous rip off. The fact they still can still conduct their scam after 526 BBB complaints as well as deserved "F" rating seems unbelievable. They take your money, do not produce the tickets in a timely manner, if at all, and then somehow blame the venue. Don't waste your time trying to get your money back, it's gone.If you are smart enough to read this then hopefully you are smart enough to not even consider doing business with these thieves. Wish someone had warned me.

      I purchased tickets through Seat Geek and did not receive any communication of where to access those tickets. Nowhere in the emails nor their app did it communicate to me that AXS would be the app to utilize to access those tickets. I was not given any communication regarding those tickets until I made a complaint, which was too late to make travel plans due to having any tickets to the concert. Seat Geek tried to place the blame completely on the venue and refused to correct and compensate for their miscommunication which is ridiculous. Will never use them again.

      What a shady site. There is nowhere to add a promo code and just when you think the next window is to review your order, boom you just bought tickets. I did not get the review the order or at my promo and when I complained they basically told me to get bent. Never had this problem with StubHub.
