      I purchased 2 floor seats next to the second stage for the July 22nd show of Ateez in *******. I purchased them on the first day of sale back in April. I saw right away in the email I received said I would not receive the tix till the day of show. SeatGeek regularly says this is normal & since all sales are final, there is not much a buyer can do except hope for the best. Day of show arrives - no tickets. I call customer ************* tells me tix may still be on hold from venue or artist, but I let her know not true since I had also bought tix for night before that had arrived weeks ago. This was sellers choice. She agrees to start trying to contact. No answer. Says she will get back to me. She doesnt. Second SeatGeek *** assures me this is a big time ************ will get my tickets for sure. Promises to keep trying & get back to me. Never hear from her. Third *** say he will be the one to get this handled. Says he will put a time limit on the delivery & this will force the seller to send because he doesnt want to lose the sale. Never hear from *** again. Fourth *** finally does put the time limit & when the seller completely ignores him, too, this *** finally calls me back with some solutions - comparable tickets or a refund. Of course, it is now 6 hours later & 1.5 hours before showtime, so there are NO comparable seats left. Doesnt stop the *** from trying to pitch lower bowl 15 rows back as same level as my stage side floor seats! Oh! And of course, the exchange would be for the same price as my former premium seats - seats that Ticketmaster was LITERALLY selling for 1/4 the price. I took the refund. And my premium seats? Of course, somebody was sitting there! *********** Reseller seems to wait to deliver tix the day of show so he can sell multiples, keep the highest, & the ghost SeatGeek / buyer while they gloss him up at buyers expense, or maybe he never had them at all, but SeatGeek allows him to continue to use their platform.

      Purchased tickets to an event (Mubadala Citi DC Open Session 4). The event started this morning and as of 12:22 pm I still have NOT received the tickets. There is no phone number to call, and the *********** automated Chat has no intelligence and is useless in trying to get an answer. Never will use SeatGeek again.

      I bought tickets to a concert I can not attend anymore and wanted to sell my tickets but they wont let me sell my tickets until the night before and I tried to contact them about my problem to find a solution and they have not contacted me at all and its been a few months. Im upset now because Im paying for these tickets that I can no longer go see

      I just purchased a ticket and I could not pick my seat, when they finally released the seat I was going to have I called immediately to have them change the seat and they would not do so, I always get a no from them. They never want to help, Last year I speant $2000 in tickets that I begged for a refund as my uncle passed away and mother was suffering, they would not refund me for nothing. Today all I ask was to switch the sit which I did it as soon as they released the seat and nothing. This is unprofessional and unfair work ethic.

      I purchased 12 tickets to a ******** baseball game. At first I could see all 12 tickets in my account in the Seat Geek app. After I changed my email address in my account, ********************** never sent me the tickets and the app says I never purchased tickets. Meanwhile I have a charge for $450.00 and no tickets to show for it.I've tried contacting their customer support, but they only have an AI generated tool that asks me the same questions over and over again.Seat Geek is a scam! I will never use them again!

      I bought concert tickets through SeatGeek months in advance, only to be told at the venue that the tickets were fake. Total scam. I was denied entry and missed the entire show.I reached out to SeatGeek expecting real help or at least a refund. Instead, I got generic responses, no accountability, and now theyre telling me I have to wait months for their payment processor with no guarantee of a resolution.They clearly dont verify sellers or stand by their customers. I trusted them and got ripped off. Dont make the same mistake avoid SeatGeek at all costs.

      ******** company with zero customer service. In fact, they don't even allow you to call in to a customer service *** unless you purchase. If you have problems purchasing, there is no way to get assistance. I am tired of these hack company's taking our money with no attention paid to their customers. A back assward company that will no longer get my business.

      Worst customer service that treated me like I was stupid. Do NOT buy your tickets from these people because they make it impossible to transfer or sell them 90% of the time, and just a heads up (again) their customer service is awful.

      Seatgeek steals your money! I bought tickets to a baseball game to try and get 7 seats in two rows. -I bought tickets in the first row and then instantly price of the seats in the row in front of it increased but I bought them anyways. -Then the seats it offered were adjacent to where the row behind was sitting so I listed these tickets for sale -I listed the 3 tickets for sale at $81 a ticket (what I paid, not including fees I paid) and after they sell I will only get $218 out of $243. Here is the scam, when I look at the ticket price they are advertising, the tickets are listed at $96!! But I will only get the $218. They use "Smart" pricing that adjusts the ticket price and it says if they sell the tickets for lower I would get $218, but it does not say anything about them overpricing the tickets. There is a good chance these tickets will not sell due to how much they increased the ticket prices. So, in addition to the $25 they are taking off the top they are getting an additional $15 on each ticket. That is insane and I am willing to jump on any lawsuit happening against this company. This is also provided these tickets actually are legit. Their chatbot is terrible, does not answer a single thing, no one has replied to my emails and the customer service number is junk as well and I was hung up on.

      HORRIBLE SeatGeek Experience DO NOT USE THIS SITE!I had a terrible experience with SeatGeek and want to warn others. I purchased 6 tickets on Tuesday, 6/24, for a basketball game on Saturday, 6/28. I never received the tickets.Then, just 2.5 hours before the game, I got an urgent email saying the seller could no longer fulfill the order and they could offer me worse seats. I replied multiple times to accept the replacement tickets but they were never sent.I ended up having to buy new tickets last minute just so we wouldnt miss the game. The whole situation was incredibly stressful, poorly handled, and completely unacceptable.SeatGeek failed to deliver and their customer service was non-responsive when it mattered most.Avoid this platform at all costs.
