      At the moment, They should be considered a Scam. In ******, you need to Show Full Face Value of ticket when reselling, Row and Seat Information.Non of this except for Row and Venue Information. I think i need to dispute with my ******************* to get the refund.

      I bought ****** ****** tickets. I spent over $1000 on them and we will be driving 10 + hours to see him. When they came to my email, they look fake. I've ordered tickets here for every event I have been to and have never come across tickets like that. I do not want to drive all that way to find out they are not real. I would like to sell them or get a refund. When I tried to sell them on my own, it doesn't even give me the option to. I'm not sure why, because the tickets are in my email. Which makes me believe even more they are not valid tickets. I am in no way shape or form angry. It is frustrating trying to fix this problem on my on with the *** page when it doesn't have the right information for me. I've sent two emails through the bot and have had no response. This is the chance you take with resale tickets. Unfortunately, these just happen to be the most expensive tickets I've ever ordered. I would just like the issue to be fixed. Like I've said, I've used SeatGeek quite a bit and I've never had an issue until now.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Bought parking pass online after buying concert tix. Weeks later, got to the venue, showed the parking attendants the email, they said they needed the scan. We didn't get the scan, company phone number no longer active, could not get a real person. Constant text attempts only to be asked the same questions over and over by an online robot. Finally bought another parking spot and went into the concert. The parking scan came to my phone at 7:30, after the show started. I started an email inquiry with seat geek. They confirmed that the scan came thru at 7:30. I also sent screen shots of the constant attempts to contact the company the night of the show to no avail. I also started a dispute with my credit card company, the phone number on the transaction was the same bogus phone number I had tried to call. They are now saying that my ticket was sent 2 days prior (altho the scan wasn't) and they are offering a $20 voucher to cover my $43 parking spot. I don't want their voucher even if it was the full amount. I will never use this company ever again and I will continue to post negative reviews online. A thoroughly rotten experience overall. Nonexistent customer service

      I purchased tickets for a hockey game for Nov 8th. The seller sent me tickets for October 26th. I have tried to email 3 times and many chats only telling me someone should reach out. It's urgent as I cannot go to the game on Oct 26th. These were purchased on October 22nd and the transfer happened the next day. Not leaving me much time to get this corrected.

      Awful customer service. Nonexistent. Couldn't list my season tickets for 10 straight games and the customer service did not help, just got an email back hours after the request again and again. Cost me thousands with no remorse or follow through. Unfortunately the team i have tickets for uses them (for now) but I'm going to go through a more difficult process to list on *******, a superior company. Wish i could give negative stars.

      Seat Geek has the worst platform and customer support is useless! I needed to transfer tickets to a family member and the site showed the option to either sell or transfer (misleading and fraudulent!) When I clicked on transfer, it went to a page with the header "select event, " but there was no event to select. For 5 consecutive days leading up to the venue, I attempted to communicate with a human at Seatgeek to see what the problem was, and the bot was saying someone would be in contact with me within 24 hours. No human ever responded, and I had to eat the tickets! ( Ialso had the tickets for sale on Seatgeek off and on at a drastically reduced price, because I wasn't getting a response. Since this was a hot venue that sold out within the first few hours of initial sale, I question whether the tickets were ever showing as " for sale," because it appeared there was "no interest!") Then when a Seatgeek agent finally decided to respond (after it was too late to utilize the tickets and I ate them!,) it was a runaround and they used delay tactics, hoping I would just go away. The ultimate, delayed decision was to deny their fraudulence and negligence in responding in a timely manner! THEY DID ZERO TO MAKE AMENDS!If you're a venue seeking a ticket resale partner, avoid Seatgeek. Use Ticket Master or StubHub instead.

      Never received tickets but was unable cancel. Promised event tickets prior to start. Never received, could not get into event or get a hold of anyone or customer service. Even worse stayed would get tickets prior to start so traveled to event from a distance only to never have opportunity to get in. Event sold out even though stated I had confirmed tickets and charged. Now fighting to get refunded. Lost not only ability to get into event, but a lot of time and travel cost. Will never use them again.

      Do not buy a parking pass from SeatGeek! Go directly to ******** instead. SeatGeek will sell you a heavily marked up parking pass from ******** and will make it not refundable. If you buy directly from ********, not only will it be significantly cheaper, it will be fully refundable. Beware of this scam!

      I purchased hockey tickets for over $400 and was not able to accept them prior to the game. They stated I received the tickets but found I didnt get the proper e-mail for transferring them. I tried to contact customer service which was a chat that had technical issues. I finally communicated with them through e-mail and they stated I had the tickets. Dont use their service as there are many more reputable services to purchase tickets. Very poor customer service.
