      Never received my parking pass via text.Contacted them 2 hours before event asking where is the pass. I was told digital issues was the cause. 30 bucks out the window.Sent email with no reply. Stay away.

      Purchased tickets to a ball game. Two weeks later, just days before the event, receive email from SeatGeek that tickets are not available. Odd, they charged me and had my payment for two weeks. Now they say wait 3 to 10 days for refund which is AFTER the even. DO NOT USE SEATGEEK!

      They make it really easy for you to pay your money and buy tickets but if you wanna try to sell them or talk to somebody about accessibility, good luck! There is no customer service unless you want to talk to a bot! They will email you back within a couple days and the email will have nothing to do with what your question was about. They are horrible at customerservice! And they dont seem to cure if able body people take wheelchair, accessible seats! Shame on them!

      If I was able to leave zero stars, I would!! Purchased two football tickets to the *******/Dallas game. Those worked fine, but the $80 parking pass that was supposed to come with it was never delivered. Said it would arrive by the day of the event, but it never came. Had to buy another parking pass in person once we got there. SeatGeeks customer service is basically non-existent. You can spend A LOT of money on this site, yet there is no customer service! You know what, ********************, no one wants to feel ripped off, but a lot of your past customers feel exactly that. I guess we should feel lucky that the actual football tickets worked. That was a small miracle in and of itself. Will NEVER be using this website ever again!!

      ZERO STARS FOR SEATGEEK. While trying to finish my purchase on Seatgeek they informed me my tickets were already sold to someone else. So I went to stubhub and bought them instead. Then seatgeek sent me an email saying that my tickets were purchased even though I never completed the transaction or verified anything. I immediately tried to fix this by trying to contact the company... except, you can't. I reluctantly had to download the app bc ****** said that's where you can find the customer service number. It's suspicious that there's no publicly listed number unlike stubhub! But there is no number and the "support bot" was not helpful and then just started ignoring my requests for a number to call and correct this mistake. I will never use Seatgeek and do not recommend them to anyone because they just stole $200 from me. My only option now is to sell them on their site for a fraction of the price. What a trash company who does not care at all about good customer service. They are only out to steal from people which, last I checked, is illegal I hope they go under so they don't do this to anyone else.

      Theft. They took my money but didnt give me legit tickets. Theft. Pure theft. **************** delayed helping me till after the game occurred. Ill never be using seat geek again.

      Do not use this service. When I arrived at the ************************ I was denied entry. They stated that the tickets would not be honored because they were recalled. On top of this, SeatGeek continues to gives me the run around for a full refund. They just keep telling me please be patient, you will get a refund.

      Seat geek is unreachable if you have a login problem. It offers on it's website two options. Logon via email or reset via email. In my case, neither results in an email. It directs 1) you check your email, 2) check your spam folder, 3) wait 5 minutes and then 4) request another email. The ONLY customer service is a bot which merely directs you do the website. Their website is broken for my email and there is no resolution, no phone number, no person anywhere. I have season ticket and have sold thousands of dollars in tickets via seatgeek, but that makes no difference. If you cannot login - you are up the creek without a canoe. Interestingly the items I already posted sometimes sell and they send me money, but you cannot ever talk to them regardless of the problem encountered. The BEST ability is availability, and the WORST service is NO AVAILABLITY. Seatgeek is the worst service ever for a long term client that has earned them thousands of dollars.

      SeatGeek account is locked and there is no way to talk to anyone about unlocking my account. Only a chat bot that can't help you. Sent two inquiries via the chat with no response. Nothing in spam/junk. I need to accept tickets sent to me and can't get any help to reinstate my account. This is horrible customer service and wasted so much of my time. Will avoid this platform to get any future tickets. Not customer friendly at all.

      Sold tickets I found out later on SeetGeek (I thought I was selling on Ticketmaster). When SeatGeek disbursed the money, they sent it to my sons acct. We never gave his bank info to them. They didnt even have mine until I added it. I have tried numerous times to get answers about how they got this info and they never respond.
