      If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased tickets through SeatGeek for a show for my husbands birthday. They charged me, and never actually sent me any tickets. I contacted them for a month before the show, and never got a response from their customer service. I am now out $250 for the tickets that I never received. DO NOT buy from this company- they are fraudulent. They will take your money and never actually deliver.

      Once you push the BUY button kiss any hope of actual customer service good-bye. Bought tickets for an event. What I got were tickets(plural) for parking at the event. ALL attempts to straighten out the problem were handled ?????? by a 1 trick bot that just regurgitated the same old "We're here to help" message adnasium. Got fleeced like a lamb in spring. TicketMaster was NO help. Just said I had to deal with the seller!! ****** needs to cut ties with this bunch of thieves!

      I drove all the way to ********* from ******* to go to see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere for my birthday. I had the entire trip planned out. The night before the show I got a email offering me parking tickets to make things easier. The Sphere was only 5 minutes away from my hotel which was Harrahs so I thought it would be fine to leave 30 min before the show to get to my parking spot and go inside. I realized when I got to my parking spot that they sold me a parking ticket that was ***** minutes walking distance from the venue. There was no shuttle service or anything offered at the spot to get me there on time. I was extremely sad and asked them if I could please change it to the 1pm show and they said no. I also asked for a refund and they said no. If I had been told that the parking was so far I would have never bought parking tickets through them because no one in there right mind would want to walk 30 minutes just to get to an event. Worst experience and customer service. I wish to get my money back.

      Don't buy tickets from them!!!!! They don't save tickets during checkout and will change your ticket mid purchase to another seat. Then when you complain they try to gaslight you into believing it was your fault for not paying attention or saying thats they seat you chose. Then to top it off they won't let you transfer or sell vip tickets. So if plans change and you can no longer go, well you are out that money because they won't help you. Need to transfer the ticket to someone because it was a gift, can't they won't let you. Either that or you sell your account info to someone. Please I beg everybody read comments from other fans before buying from them.

      There bot system is hacked, someone hacked the system on a bot inquiry I made and stole $9990 from my account. This company is shady and allows hackers to hack their database and does not have on phone support.

      I purchased tickets to the ********* 2025 on June 14th. I have a receipt that says my tickets are confirmed. On Oct 4th, I got an email from Seet Geek notifying me that my tickets were not available and they are returning my money. Yes, I got my money back, however, I can't get tickets now for the same price. The tickets are over $500 more than what I paid 4 months ago. I asked them to provide me the comparable tickets that are available, and they refused. I can't afford $1,000 more so I'm not going to be able to go to the game now. If it was allowed, I would rate them a 0.

      I purchased *** football tickets on Seat Geek months ago and had not received my tickets for a certain game in Nov. (I had received my tickets from another company for a game in Sept. months earlier). I purchased the tickets early at a good price so I was getting worried & had a fear I would not receive the tickets because the seller would deny me the **************** for 2-5+ times the price. I even contacted Seat Geek demanding my tickets asap because of this ******** was assured I would receive the tickets. I knew what the seller was doing because these are expensive tickets in the ******** section & the Alum already have received the tickets - therefore, I should have received the tickets. Today my fears were confirmed.I got an email that I would not receive the tickets & reimbursed. The tickets listed in the same section on another site 2-5+ times the amount per ticket - no surprise!! This should be illegal!!! A seller should be REQUIRED to forward the tickets to Seat Geek and have a contract to do so or give the customer many times the *** paid - because the customer is paying the higher price! It should be illegal for a seller to be able to deny tickets - dont list /sell tickets if you know that you are doing this to people! It should be illegal for Seat Geek to include such a ridiculous, criminally high ticket fee per seat and then treat the customer as an after thought! There are more expenses & planning that we pay for a trip that cant be cancelled- so Seat Geek - do NOT respond with we gave you a refund, see refund policy - we do not get fully refunded for additional cost & the customer ends up paying 2-5+ times more for the trip!! Do not refer to the purchase, refund policy your company is making millions off ticket sales so do the honest, better business approach and require your sellers to actually SALE the ticket - make them sign a contract to sell the ticket!!!! I am going to make it a priority to make this illegal!!!!

      I purchased two set of tickets and was only provided 2 of the 4 that was purchased (2 separate orders). I am out $249! I am in the process of suing you. This was DELIBERATE by the SELLER or SEATGEEK! It shows that the order was delivered. When I tried to Accept the tickets, a **** PENGUIN with a RED FLAG is displayed that the Ticket Transfer was cancelled by the SELLER!!!!!! However, I paid $500 and only received half of my tickets! Contacted the robotic customer service only to get automated responses and placed in ques. Was told they were aware of my issue and will contact the seller. They were contacting the seller for 4 DAYS! No response. I reached out from 9/12-9/19. The show was on the 9/20th! I tried to access the tickets again. I received the same message/error that the seller cancelled the transfer!ORDER ID #6P2-M3G3VJL

      I never received the parking pass I purchased for an event. I called multiple times and waited on hold for hours. **************** was very poor - they initially provided confusing / misleading information and when I eventually asked for a refund, they refused to issue it. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

      I purchased a parking pass from Seat Geek and never received it in time for the event. I contacted the company numerous times and they refused to offer me a refund. I had to buy a new parking pass, which was more expensive. Terrible, fraudulent company and will never buy from them again. The government should shut it down.
