      I was trying to get a hold of them for a refund as I never received my ticket from them. It said my ticket was claimed by another email and was never able to access that ticket, and it was a couple minutes before the event so i ended up having to buy another ticket. All they wanna tell me is all sales are final, and nothing can be done. I DO NOT recommend ever getting from here because you have a chance and risk of being scammed and NOTHING will be done about it!!

      I purchased two premium-priced tickets for the Colorado and GT football game in Section 106, row 12. I wanted row 12 for the visibility of the game. I received written confirmation for these 2 tickets. The game was August 29 and I did not get my tickets until after 10 pm the evening of August 27. The tickets were for section 106, row 10, NOT row 12 as paid for and confirmed. I immediately tried to reach them but was connected with a Bot which used boilerplate language and was useless. Through ChatGPT, I found a phone number and email address. I called on August 28 and spoke to a representative who said she would get me the tickets I paid for and would email me accordingly. We never heard from her. I sent several urgent emails also after speaking to the representative and didn't get an email back until a half hour before the game. The email stated that because the tickets they sent me were within 5 rows of the original purchase, these tickets were considered a complimentary upgrade. NOT TO ME! The visibility of the game was not as good as it would have been from Row 12. Their Buyer Guarantee clearly states that "the tickets you receive will be the same as those you ordered". On September 4 (6 days after the event!), I received an email from the representative I spoke to on August 28 stating the 5 row policy.

      Known issue with hackers taking $$ for baseball tickets in this app. Happened to me, along w a line of others standing in line ************** ticket office. Attempted to resolve with SeatGeek and they wanted me to create an account and download yet another app, send them screenshots from it to move ********** thanks- so much for their guarantee. Im sharing this with Fenway park as they have a large advert on the outfield scoreboard. Buyer beware: these ticket resellers are a dime a dozen- just go with another one.

      I purchased a reserved parking pass for the recent Alabama/*** football game. When arriving at the lot an hour and a half before the game was denied entry and told the lot was full, but was not offered an alternate lot. I immediately contacted Seat Geek and was told too bad, all sales are final.

      I bought two tickets for Aug 10 for the Savanah Bananas in ******. The tickets I bought were for Open seating GA. The tickets that were sent to me were Rooftop standing room only tickets for $40.00. I never transferred tickets to ************ so they were never transferred to my wallet. I contacted ****************** and said these were not the tickets I paid for. Got no reply from them. I then contacted seat geeks for a refund because their return policy is if you don't get the tickets you bought you will get a refund. They wanted snapshots of the ticket stubs and my wallet. I keep telling them I don't have that information because I never transferred the tickets. Now they are saying I'm not willing to give them that information so they can't help me. I keep telling them I never transferred the tickets to give me a call so I can talk to a human and figure it out. been two days now and no response. Beware of seat geek is my review and no stars.

      I purchased tickets to the ************* vs. Dallas game just 40 minutes before tip-off but couldnt get a hold of customer service until midway through the first quarterand I still never received my tickets. They apologized and said they would refund 200% of the ticket price and give me a 20% promo code for future use.The next day, I followed up, only to be told the 200% refund was a typo and that Id only be refunded the original amount. As for the 20% promo codethey never sent it. I ended up having to buy new tickets at the box office and missed the entire first quarter. When I continued to question the situation, they stopped responding.Theyve lost me as a customer, and I hope others think twice before using their service.

      I purchased 2 floor seats next to the second stage for the July 22nd show of Ateez in *******. I purchased them on the first day of sale back in April. I saw right away in the email I received said I would not receive the tix till the day of show. SeatGeek regularly says this is normal & since all sales are final, there is not much a buyer can do except hope for the best. Day of show arrives - no tickets. I call customer ************* tells me tix may still be on hold from venue or artist, but I let her know not true since I had also bought tix for night before that had arrived weeks ago. This was sellers choice. She agrees to start trying to contact. No answer. Says she will get back to me. She doesnt. Second SeatGeek *** assures me this is a big time ************ will get my tickets for sure. Promises to keep trying & get back to me. Never hear from her. Third *** say he will be the one to get this handled. Says he will put a time limit on the delivery & this will force the seller to send because he doesnt want to lose the sale. Never hear from *** again. Fourth *** finally does put the time limit & when the seller completely ignores him, too, this *** finally calls me back with some solutions - comparable tickets or a refund. Of course, it is now 6 hours later & 1.5 hours before showtime, so there are NO comparable seats left. Doesnt stop the *** from trying to pitch lower bowl 15 rows back as same level as my stage side floor seats! Oh! And of course, the exchange would be for the same price as my former premium seats - seats that Ticketmaster was LITERALLY selling for 1/4 the price. I took the refund. And my premium seats? Of course, somebody was sitting there! *********** Reseller seems to wait to deliver tix the day of show so he can sell multiples, keep the highest, & the ghost SeatGeek / buyer while they gloss him up at buyers expense, or maybe he never had them at all, but SeatGeek allows him to continue to use their platform.

      Purchased tickets to an event (Mubadala Citi DC Open Session 4). The event started this morning and as of 12:22 pm I still have NOT received the tickets. There is no phone number to call, and the *********** automated Chat has no intelligence and is useless in trying to get an answer. Never will use SeatGeek again.
