      ABSOULETLY HATE THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!The only reason i used them is because they offer discount codes i find on podcasts i listen to...I wanted to buy concert tickets, i searched the name of the specific artist, her face is ALL OVER the page, like they seemed to be clear that it was THIS PARTICULAR artist....The day of the show, i research the venue...I find out its a different singer with a similar name....I called customer support several times to explain how THEY had on their website the singer i was looking for and not the one that was actually performing....They refused to give me a refund after several attempts...Also before this incident, i bought some tickets through their website but wasn't able to go to the concert anymore...They waited until basically the day of the show to send me the tickets....and made the re-selling process almost impossible to figure out..I was on the phone with MULTIPLE customer service ***** and NOT ONE could tell me how to resell my tickets...Luckily by the ***** of GOD, i figured out a way to go through Stubhub, and then you have to email the barcodes of the tickets to the person that purchases them...even then i was so scared that the person that bought them was going to have issues scanning the barcode when they arrived because Seat Geek is so f****** stupid. Do not use them just for the lame a** 10% off discount codes.... I f****** hate this company....

      Absolute worst company one could go through for getting tickets to an event! After my wife purchased our tickets for a concert she saw that they had better ones available for the same price so she contacted them to exchange them - which they assured her they could without a problem. So they took our tickets from us before telling her she would receive a promo code within the next 24 hours to use to purchase the new ones. After 24 hours went by she contacted them asking about the code because she was worried the seats would be taken - to which they said it would be another 24 hours. Needless to say now we have no tickets and they refuse to provide a refund - only credit to a future concert. How this company is even in business is beyond me. No one, I repeat, NO ONE should have to do business with people like this.

      Recently bought ******* Tickets for Washing DC/Landover MD 7/7/25. I wanted to resell my tickets and choose another venue to purchase tickets at. However, you dont get possession of the actual physical e-tickets until the day before the concert. So, the re-sell option is not true and not available. There's no customer service. No phone number to call, no one to talk to and their help/support chat is a joke, its an automated robot which doesn't understand any questions ask-typed. I am so disappointed and was really over charged for the seating. I will be warning anyone and everyone to not purchase from Seat geek.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against SeatGeek regarding a recent experience that I believe reflects fraudulent practices and extremely poor customer service.On February 11th, 2025, I attempted to purchase tickets for a ****** concert through SeatGeek's website. My first transaction was declined due to my credit card company stopping the payment, suspecting fraud. I then reattempted the purchase, and this time the payment went through. However, there was only a three-minute interval between the two transactions, and I was subsequently charged twice on my credit card.Concerned about the duplicate charges, I reached out to SeatGeek's customer service for clarification on why they attempted to rerun my card after the initial transaction was declined. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was deeply frustrating. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, often hanging up on me and refusing to escalate my concerns to a manager. Each time, I was told that my issue would be "escalated internally," but I was never given the opportunity to speak with someone who could provide further assistance.After waiting for a follow-up email, I was instructed to resell the tickets. However, I have not received any ticketselectronic or otherwiseand nothing is visible in my account. This situation is not only confusing but also unacceptable, as I am left with duplicate charges and no tickets to show for my purchase.I believe that SeatGeek's practices are misleading and potentially fraudulent, and their customer service is severely lacking. I urge the BBB to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to protect consumers from similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

      Horrible platform. This company couldnt find my tickets, I didnt realize the actual tickets were going to come from Ticketmaster. SeatGeek asked me to look for my tickets in Ticketmasters app, then in AXS (I had to download both apps!) and when neither of those sites had my tickets, I asked for a refund twice and the reps ******** was Im trying to locate your tickets. Also, they tried to give me tickets to a totally different game from the one I purchased! I dont mind mistakes, however I dont like dishonesty and deception.

      Do not use them! Their customer service is non responsive. I was tryin to work with them for 10 hours, most of the time it's sitting on a robot chat waiting for someone to help. They would not help me redirect the tickets, even though *** told me they wouldn't be here on time. One of the worst customer service experiences from a company ever and I'm not exaggerating.

      I wish I wouldve read these reviews before using seat geek. Now Im among the many victims of this company Im going to make sure to help spread the word that this place is a total scam and a total rip off. They should do jail time for taking advantage of people. They steal peoples money and they lie. They need to be prosecuted. I bought what I thought was 4 tickets to ************************* in *****. I bought 2 tickets at a time as i had to use 2 different credit cards because of my limit. One order said it was declined so i used a different card. Somehow my declined purchase miraculously went thru but in the meantime i used a different card to purchase 2 tickets. I tried to reach someone and of course could only talk to someone thru email. They said no refunds at all even though thats not what it says on their website. And the merch I was promised? 2 bags, 2 posters and 2 cups.$5000 spent I mean stolen. As Katt would say the fuck?Please please please DO NOT use seat geek. They are criminals

      DO NOT BUY FROM SEATGEEK! SeatGeek ripped me off for $4,320.00! Purchased tickets, Traveled 5 hours to ************. Somehow tickets got us in ******* but there were people in our seats with duplicate tickets. Went to ticket office and after looking up the names, I was told my tickets were invalid. SeatGeek won't refund or compensate me even though Colts ticket office confirmed via email the seats on the day of the game were registered to another name. Seatgeek doesn't show a transfer from my account, thinks I used the tickets, said what I'm describing can't happen and said I'm screwed. I initially disputed charges on my credit card but SeatGeek responded with proof that I ordered the tickets, which was never in question that I placed an order. ***** sided with SeatGeek and put the charges back on my card. It took me no less than 10 calls to ******************* and several emails to get ahold of a live person. By the time I got confirmation from the Colts ticket office, I went back to ***** and they said the dispute has been closed for more than 30 days and they can't reopen it or I cannot open a new dispute. Bottom Line is SeatGeek is a SCAM, A FRAUD A TOTAL RIPOFF! Buy your tickets from some place reputable!

      I bought 2 tickets to a clemson football game. There was a second charge that popped up on my bank account the next day. I did everything asked to show I only purchased 2 tickets. It clearly shows that the same 2 tickets were charged twice. After more than a month , I received an email saying they will not refund money for the second charge because i didnt report same day as i purchased the tickets. I bought the tickets around 9 pm the night before. I would not recommend buying tickets from seat geek who is actually owned by ticket master. Horrible service
