I was unable to log in on my phone. I could never get an email to come through but can see everything and log in on my laptop. **************** is a joke. Broken English at best and they finally told me they cant help me. I finally transferred the tickets to my husband and he can access them. I am so absolutely disappointed and will never use this company again.

I purchased tickets to a Spring training baseball game. I also added on parking. When I arrived at the game, none of the codes that SeatGeek sent me would open up the tickets. So I bought parking on site. SeatGeek charged me $30 for parking, $18 for the ticket and $12 in fees. Purchasing on site was $10-$20. I contacted them for a refund, and received the worst service ever! They knew that I didn't use the ticket. They kept asking me for proof with documents like the SeatGeek order, my receipt from the payment on-site, my MasterCard statement, and more. 12 emails later, they finally agreed to refund my $30. I will never use them again! Fortunately, customer service at the stadium could look up my game tickets. But I did not appreciate waiting in the line. It was obvious that I'm not the only person who couldn't open their tickets. Here's a funny aside....when I questioned why the $18 parking added up to $30, they said that it was like leaving a tip at a fine dining restaurant. Please....fine dining servers actually work for their tips. And it is never 75%. Nice try, SeatGeek.

Bought tickets and they never arrived. SeatGeek told me to buy more as I was standing at the gate (after 30mins on the phone), and they would refund it. No refund. Ive called back 4 times and theyre always conveniently confused by the situation. Then they promise a refund, and again, no refund. Hours on the phone and never a resolution. They love saying, this time I escalated it. Apparently that means nothing.

If you are looking for tickets i would NOT recommend them! I have been saying for years, if you want to truly know how good/bad a company is, see how they assist you when you run into a problem, then you will have an accurate answer. If you never run into an issue, you wont be able to truly rate a company. I ran into an issue and Seat Geek handled the issue as poor as possible. In fact, I dont think they could have done a worst job if they tried. That being said, I contacted them in reference to hockey ticket purchase. I informed them that while I understand when people purchase event tickets, then decide not to attend the event, they are responsible for reselling their tickets. I had an incident whereby my wife and I planned to attend the event, and she became sick while we were heading to the event. There was NO time to repost her ticket for the event. I had proof her ticket had not been scanned/or used, and I mentioned that I had been buying tickets since 1993. This was the 1st time I asked for assistance. I even made it as easy as I could by stating that the only thing I was looking for was a single ticket to a game and I didnt care where the seat location was. I ALWAYS see rows and rows of empty seats at every game; therefore it would have been nothing to send me a single ticket, in the worst seat in the house! Instead, I received a response, or an insult, stating that they would knock of $20 the next time I purchase tickets to an event. We lost 5 times that amount, with the unused ticket, and this just made me realize how greedy they are! I replied stating that they have seats that never fill up, cant you just give me one of those, or do you really need to make money off me again. Then on top of all this I purchased 4 tickets to the next game and the 20 credit would not apply. I paid the bill and contacted them to ask why the 20 would not apply and if they could apply it now and they stated that since I already paid the bill the credit cannot be used.

Accidentally purchased away game tix. Sunday baseball game *** vs ****** April 13th, 2025 1st base line. (My first time ordering tix online). Was on the phone for 30 mins with horrible pause music! No answer and the site says no refunds, but they are great seats. I would like to put them back on the market, but the site says only 13 days out from games will they even consider it.Terrible business practice especially with all of the hidden fees, taxes, and service charges. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! **************************** SUCK!!!

They have absolutely ripped me off. Sold me standing "seats" to a ******** game. The tickets were marked as SRO, which does not really tell much to the person who buys tickets for the first time. The tickets were not cheap also at $250 for 2. My experience was absolutely ruined as I learned about that the "seats" are not actually seats on arrival and could upgrade.

****************. Bought tickets to a sold out event eight days before the show. Had a two hour drive to venue and myself and friend took the day off work for the show. Day of show, tickets still havent landed in my account so I reach out to seatgeek. Apparently they allow vendors to sell tickets they are NOT IN POSSESSION of. So if an event sells out and they cannot get a ticket, youre screwed on your order. This is what happened to me. Seller had no tickets to sell. This is absurd

ABSOULETLY HATE THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!The only reason i used them is because they offer discount codes i find on podcasts i listen to...I wanted to buy concert tickets, i searched the name of the specific artist, her face is ALL OVER the page, like they seemed to be clear that it was THIS PARTICULAR artist....The day of the show, i research the venue...I find out its a different singer with a similar name....I called customer support several times to explain how THEY had on their website the singer i was looking for and not the one that was actually performing....They refused to give me a refund after several attempts...Also before this incident, i bought some tickets through their website but wasn't able to go to the concert anymore...They waited until basically the day of the show to send me the tickets....and made the re-selling process almost impossible to figure out..I was on the phone with MULTIPLE customer service ***** and NOT ONE could tell me how to resell my tickets...Luckily by the ***** of GOD, i figured out a way to go through Stubhub, and then you have to email the barcodes of the tickets to the person that purchases them...even then i was so scared that the person that bought them was going to have issues scanning the barcode when they arrived because Seat Geek is so f****** stupid. Do not use them just for the lame a** 10% off discount codes.... I f****** hate this company....
