      I bought tickets and never received them,seat geek robbed me,when I called I was lied to and no Im out of my money,I will never use them for tickets again and I suggest no one else use them either,nothing but a bunch of thieves,I didnt want to to give them any stars but I couldnt post this unless I left at least one

      No stars would be better. Paid ***** for next day delivery, only to find out i had to drive a hour away to pick up my tickets. Been trying for days to get some help on this issue Extremely unhappy with seatgeeks customer service. ******** lost a customer over this transaction

      Seatgeek not BVV accredited by the Better Business Bureau I have been defrauded by SeatGeek. I bought tickets to a concert which is going to be on August 16 in *************** and I was charged $544 to my ****************. I never received the tickets and Ive spent hours trying to do so with their AI generated helpdesk, which is worthless. I got a phone number which was supposedly associated with them and I spoke with a guy named ***** who assigned me a case number and he promised I would get my tickets within 24 hours 24 hours later my credit card was billed for $1277.45 for a ********* Pantera concert in **************! I am a medical professional and would like to alert everyone that Geek is a scam.

      Parking pass ticket listed for $96. What I was charged $296 for was 2 floor seat tickets. I recived NO Parking pass. I've reached out via Email and their Chat/Bot(really unhelpfull).It says there is an emergency support phone number but I was unable to locate it anywhere in their app or online.Extremely Unhappy!

      I purchased tickets for a concert. SeatGeek accepted payment. The tickets were transferred to me by the seller but then the transfer was cancelled shortly after by the seller. I then reached out to SeatGeek to see if they could figure out why, help me work with the seller to transfer again, or h*** just tell me they could offer me a refund so I could go purchase from another site. They told me it was an issue on the side of Ticketmaster; that I had registered with the wrong email. I reached out to them and they confirmed that was not the case. After getting back to SeatGeek with that update, they ghosted me. I will be requesting a chargeback with my credit card company but now the tickets for the show are out of my budget, so I won't be able to go.I would highly advise anyone considering SeatGeek to STAY AWAY! Their customer service is unreliable and non-responsive, so if you find yourself having issues accessing your tickets, they will not be helpful.

      Horrible service - attended venue to find out the tickets were not valid and was turned away - venue was unapologetic. reported the incident to Seat Geek and was assured that it would take 5 business days to resolve. It's been over 3 weeks and still no resolution. Will never utilize this service ever again.

      I purchased a ticket for a hockey game on *******. I was told the ticket would be transferred from the seller. Some time later, I received an email from SeatGeek saying that a seller had sent me a ticket. I was immediately confused, as I did not buy on SeatGeek... I was buying with *******. I went to my StubHub account and it indicated that I should be accepting the ticket via SeatGeek. I followed the email link and steps to accept the ticket, but upon putting in an email address and creating a password, SeatGeek said my account was "blocked" and to contact their customer service team. The automated live chat eventually led to a dead end and they told me to await an email back from customer service. It has now been 48 hours and there still has been no email. SeatGeek has no telephone number to call, but StubHub does. I called in to StubHub and explained my situation. I spoke to ****** who repeated himself 100 times that StubHub is a broker and I had to accept the ticket from SeatGeek. He kept saying that since SeatGeek had sent me the ticket, it was my responsibility to accept it now. I told him how the SeatGeek website was sending me in circles and kept saying I am blocked. ***** did not care, and kept repeating himself in circles like a robot. In the end, I missed the event, I never got the ticket, SeatGeek never responded to my emails and I am in the process of filing a chargeback through **** for this scam of a company. Absolutely brutal...

      Horrible scam. I bought tickets for ***************, I clicked on the date and it said Gillete, but when I got them they were for ******** *******. I tried to get money back and it was denied. They said "no refunds" no where on the website did I see that during the purchase.

      I purchased tickets last week to the **** ******* and *********************** concert at ******************* in July. What I did not realize was the seats I purchased were handicapped accessible, and there was no notification prior to purchasing the tickets. In good conscience, I could not take a seat away from a handicapped person and contacted Seat Geek, who offered to accept a ticket transfer in exchange for a promo code for the full cost of the tickets, including fees. I transferred these tickets back to Seat Geek and have screen shots from my Ticketmaster account showing they were accepted. I can even see that the same tickets have already been listed for resale on Seat Geek, yet there has been no response to my chats with the bot or multiple emails and it has been several days. I do not believe Seat Geek had any intentions of sending me a promo code for the cost of the tickets and instead, took the tickets back to resell. This was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my teen daughter who loves religious music. SHAME ON YOU, Seat Geek!!! I have trusted Seat Geek for many concert purchases and unless they make this right, they have lost my business forever... and I will share this with everyone I know as often as I can!
