      Beware.I purchased 4 tickets to a college super regional game. When I tried to send the tickets to my husbands phone the SEND went fine but he could not ACCEPT them. I tried this multiple times. He was in the city of the event and I was not. Kept getting the message OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG.Tried to use SG support immediately but they did not respond till the Monday AFTER the event. That was 2 week ago.Ive been promised a call/chat with a supervisor for a week. They offered a $20 promo gift which I thought was an insult.They deserve an F rating.

      On June 19th, 2025, I accidentally purchased concert tickets through SeatGeek.com for a show featuring Boundaries with Stick To Your Guns. The total came to $109 for two tickets, which I later discovered was nearly double the actual price listed by the venue. After completing the transaction, I visited the venue's official site and was redirected to ********, where the same tickets were available for $32 each, totaling $64.I mistakenly purchased from SeatGeek because their listing appeared at the top of the ****** search results, which led me to believe it was the official ticket vendor. The markup was not made clear, and no warning was given that I was purchasing from a third-party resale site.I contacted SeatGeek within minutes of the purchase while the charge was still pending on my credit card and before the tickets were delivered. I explained the situation and requested a cancellation or refund. Their customer service representative refused to offer any assistance, simply citing a blanket "All Sales Are Final" policy. To make matters worse, they prematurely closed the support ticket and told me I could try reselling the tickets if I didnt want them. They also explicitly told me to go ahead and dispute the charge if I wasnt satisfied.This behavior is highly predatory and unethical. The pricing was misleading, their refund policy is overly rigid and lacks basic consumer protections (such as a ***** period or cancellation window), and their support interaction was dismissive and unhelpful.

      Id give them zero stars if I could. Total scammers. I paid for a fortune for parking to an ****** game and then got a $70 ticket in the mail! I have responded three times and SeatGeek has done nothing. They just ignore me and they closed the file. Horrible!

      I arrived to a game late with tickets purchased from seat geek but was denied entry because the game I went to see went by fast and it was too late. This was my first and last purchase with them because they wont allow a refund on 4 of my unused tickets because of a policy that doesnt cover emergencies or unused tickets. They would rather keep your money regardless if you use your ticket or not which is unfair.

      I bought tickets and the game was cancelled. It was over a week ago. I have asked for a refund 4 times. I never get an email from them or any response. They are just trying to keep my money. It was $2400+.

      I was attempting to get a refund or at least return the value of the tickets I bought for a *****, the Creator concert this year however the website is completely not user-friendly. I do not understand what may be hindering excellent performance however I would appreciate it being looked into. I knew someone in the payroll department but just putting it on the financial maintenance radar. Thank you.

      If I could give a 0, I would. Like everyone else on here, this business is a total scam!!! A legit scam. My friends and I bought tickets 3 months in advance for Calibash in ********** with a lineup of big artists that justified the 140 dollars a ticket. However, when we were on our way to the concert we noticed that the lineup had changed to a bunch of no names and we were never sent an update or warning that the lineup was changing. These new artists were worth a 50 dollar ticket max. We tried to call seat geek, message them with their bot chats, everything. never got through, no refunds. ABSOLUTE SCAM! And the fact that this is the only place you can review them and there is no ****** reviews where most of the population goes to look at reviews is even more suspicious! I've never seen a business that has any average rating of 1 with over 500 reviews. How is this even allowed?!?! F*&! this business for realz. literal bullsh$t.

      I would give less if possible. I paid for a parking ticket to a Sacramento Athletics game on May 20, 2025. When I got to the stadium I couldnt not enter because my ticket was pending. I attempted to cancel and reorder and was double charged. I was there as a gift and paid way more to park than the tickets to the actual game. Seat Geek wont refund one of the fraudulent charges. I will never use them again. I paid more to park then attend the game as a gift from my son. If you ask me that is horrible service

      I will never use Seat Geek again. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. First, confirmed tickets and then cancelled them. Offer me replacement tickets in what they said was a BETTER SECTION, so I accepted. On the day of the concert, I was sent the WRONG tickets that were awful. They were 4 sections over and almost back stage. After waiting HOURS (day of concert) to hear from customer service, I was sent an email with these EXACT words "I understand your frustration, we are REFUNDING your order 120%...." I went to another site 3 hours before the concert and was stuck with more expensive tickets due to Seat Geek taking HOURS to resolve this. Now they are refusing my 120% refund. ***, the email from ****** said NOTHING about a 100% refund and 20% credit. I would never had accepted a credit because I will NEVER use Seat Geek again. Use Viagogo or Stub Hub people. Worst experience ever.
