  Do not use them! Ill be glad to talk or show everyone what they will do to you. They switched my aisle seats that I paid for to center seats and say its an upgrade. It gave my daughter and I an awful experience, especially with me being 67. They keep telling me they wont do anything for me because buying an aisle seat and giving me a center seat is an upgrade. FYI. They can move the seats you buy up to 5 rows. You need to know what you are getting into.

  SeatGeek is a fraud of a company. They advertised parking lot tickets for a football game I was going to, sold them after kickoff but I couldnt get into lot. I contacted them about a refund and because I didnt have evidence the lot was closed they wouldnt refund my money. I communicated with them over 5 days and they still wouldnt refund my money. Do not use. Scammers at best.

  Buyer beware. They took our money, but we didnt get tickets or any help tracking them down. Should have read the reviews from all the other unhappy customers first.

  Seatgeek is a fraudulent company located in ***********. It took several emails to get a phone number. But, this review will not allow phone numbers or personal information. They are asking me for bank routing and account number plus my social security number for resale of two tickets. No other form of reimbursement is available for some unknown reason. Total fraud...do not engage or do any business with seatgeek.*** also should drop this 3rd party. I am angry that *** claims no responsibility because seatgeeks resell is in their website and app.

  They did not send my tickets, and despite numerous attempts leading up to the event, I did not receive the tickets and there was no refund. DONT USE THEM

  Purchased 5 tickets in May 2024. Received confirmation number promptly. Our family of 5 flew from ******** to ******* for the game last weekend. Tried to retrieve the tickets 3 hours prior to the game. They were not available. I was told that the seller did not forward the tickets. Spoke to 3 Seat Geek **** and requested status updates each time. All said, "No worries." NONE followed up and replied. After much frustration and disappointment, I requested a refund 30 minutes before the game. Seek Geek was 100% unreliable and offered no timely contingency plan considering the game start time. Still SMH :-(

  Do not trust them. They said my tickets were sold and I would be paid. After the game passed they informed me of technical difficulties transferring the tickets. Rather than inform me before the game or try to make me whole, they caused my tickets to become worthless. **************** only made excuses and failed to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE SEATGEEK

  I ordered 6 tickets for my event weeks prior to the event and I never received the tickets and was not able to attend. I called and spoke to Seat Geek representatives over 5 times the day of the event and was told I would get a call back and they never called. I have yet to get a refund.

  I purchased two tickets from StubHub for a concert event on Sun, Aug 4 at 2:18 AM.On Sun, Aug 4 at 2:48 AM, I received an email that the tickets were ready.On Sun, Aug 4 at 2:50 AM, I received another email that the tickets were no longer valid as the seller canceled the transfer.On Sun, Aug at 9:09 AM, I received a phone call from StubHub about the ticket issue.Around 11 AM I got online to message StubHub to tell them that since there was an issue with the tickets, I no longer wanted them and requested a refund. The customer service *** told me they were working to have them ready to transfer again but I told them since it was getting late and because the concert venue was a long drive for me I again would prefer a refund. I quoted back to them the FanProtect Guarantee that they offer which states refunds can be requested and was told they would put in a request for the refund.Then at 12:30 PM not long after I finished chatting with them, I got another email (Sun, Aug 4 at 12:30 PM) that the tickets were available.I then had to get back on the StubHub site to start a new chat because I was frustrated that the tickets got re-sent after I had just spoken with them and requested a refund. I was then told I could not request a refund because the tickets were delivered. I told them that was not fair since originally the tickets were not available and not able to be delivered. I feel like they have taken advantage of me and wasted a great deal of my time and do not honor their policies.
