      STAY AWAY!!!They informed us at 3:30 pm that a 7:00 pm concert was postponed. From: SeatGeek Date: Fri, Sep 27, 2024 at 3:31PM Subject: Important update on your ***** **** and Sting tickets Your case has been reviewed, and its understood there were concerns regarding the change in event date. An email was sent informing that the concert was rescheduled from the 27th to the 29th. This notification was sent several days in advance to allow time for you to communicate with us.I'm not sure how 3 1/2 hours prior to the event is several days! What a bunch of scammers, thieves, poor business sense, liars & horrible communicators.

      Purchased tickets for a Broadway show, premium section, no obstructions noted or visible in the floor plan from which I picked the seats. Turns out that a large column blocked my view. Theater enforced strict 'no photos' policy but they won't do a thing because I don't have photo proof. On the site's floor plan there is a small rectangle right in front of my seats that I now know represents a column. I pointed this out but still a 'too bad' from them. Horrible.

      Bought seats off this company for a Billie ****** concert, this company refused to give me my money back stating its our policy, that i can only resale them and big key factor the tickets wont be released til the night before the concert. I argued up and down with them. I just want my money back. ******** company do not do business with them. By the my tickets were purchase back in april. yep i said it april with no tickets til the night before the concert to hopefully resale them in time for the concert. yep thats not going to happen.

      It's insane that I bought tickets from a resale site and then the seller refused to actually transfer me the tickets. They sent me a shared wallet link instead of an actual ticket transfer, giving me no ownership whatsoever over these tickets. SeatGeek proceeded to defend the seller's decision and basically assured me that I don't get actual security over the tickets that I purchased. A complete scam.

      I cant leave enough bad reviews for this company. DO NOT TRUST THE OTHER REVIEW COMPANYS DO NOT TRUST SEAT GEEK DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY! I bought two tickets and one never showed up and seat geek clearly could not care any less they already got their money and wont give me my money they stole from me. WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!

      After showing proof that my tickets were never received after I bought these tickets 6 months ago, I was told their internal investigation showed the tickets were sent the day I bought them. I never received them in app or email. I had to buy new tickets at the door because mine didnt work. Now I have paid twice as much for the same show. Being a single mother that is not something that is easy for me. This is not okay.

      DO NOT USE! They do not confirm that tickets are available right away and then they will let you know the day before the event it was cancelled. Refund takes 2 days so basically that means you wont be going. Ruined an experience i have been waiting for for months. Absolutely heart broken. If I could leave zero stars I would. There's a reason they don't let you leave reviews directly with them.

      This is the actual communication with their agent PRIOR to my purchase:(1:19:26PM) **** : Can you please confirm if you are talking about this parking?(1:21:11PM) *****: yes. but i want to know WHICH parking lot the ticket is for... there are 3 or 4 lots "off site" and i want to confirm that this one is ON SITE (1:22:03PM) *****: like not a lot and then a shuttle for 20 or 40 minutes to the course (1:22:19PM) **** : The parking tickets used to have on the notes the location.(1:22:27PM) **** : The listing that i sent to you.(1:22:42PM) **** : It says that it's GA.(1:23:00PM) **** : And is not showing the specific lot.(1:23:49PM) *****: But is the lot at The Royal Montreal Club??(1:24:10PM) **** : Yes based on the notes.(1:24:19PM) **** uploaded: image.png URL: ****************************************************************************************************** Type: image/png Size: 9790 (1:25:13PM) *****: ok. Then i will make a purchase and hope it's not misrepresented. I guess you can't contact the seller to confirm?(1:26:01PM) **** : The situation is that until you made a purchase, we will have access to the seller information.I was confirming that the Parking ticket that I wanted to buy was at the ************************ as opposed to lots "off-site". The agent clearly responds "Yes" at 1:24:10 of the chat. So I went ahead to purchase the ticket only to find out that the parking Lot was 40 MINUTES AWAY from the stated location. This is a CLEAR example of MISREPRESENTATION and Seat Geek is clearly COMPLICIT IN THIS FRAUDULENT sale. I spent an hour and several emails with them yet they stick to their NO REFUND policy. Basically they stole $103 dollars from me. Complete nonsense and they should lose all credibility if they themselves enable FRAUD of this sort. I have contacted my Credit card company and will surely do everything I can to refuse the charge. STAY AWAY!

      i paid for 3 tkts to ********************** boys concert for tomorrow night in *********. I purchased these tkts 5 mths ago and have not yet received the tkts. customer *** personnel have been giving me the run around for the past 2 weeks. me and 2 friends planned this girl weekend months ago and we flew to ********* from 3 diff states. Seat Geek is the worst company ive ever dealt with. just now they told me the seller has until noon tomorrow to release tkts to me or i will get 120% refund they are a bunch of liars

      The fees are OUTRAGEOUS. I was going to purchase tickets on here and after the fees were added, these tickets were pricier than Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster fees for my desired seats at an *** game, as of Sept 2024 - $17. SeatGeek fees for the exact same game, section, and row as of Sept 2024 - $63. I'd much rather purchase from someone who can't use their tickets than the ticketmonster machine, but SeatGeek literally stopped that in it's tracks.
