I purchased 5 front row tickets to see the ***************** vs ************************ on Aug 2, 2024. The hockey game is on October 19. Last week i check the app, and it shows "Were waiting for the seller to confirm the order. This shouldnt take long". I chatted with Seatgeek and they said that this is an internal glitch and they dont know why the barcodes were not released to me. She told me to wait till the next day. I chat again, get a new person, and they said that this happens all the time, and dont worry. That person then said they will tell their internal team to help to fix it. I get another *** the next day via phone, and he said he will keep contacting the internal team. He then told me that they havent looked at the case yet, cause its a week away, and they wont look at it until the 48 hours prior. I explained to them that it makes no sense for me to wait till friday to see where my tickets are, for a saturday game. Their website didnt have any prime seats that i purchased. and that if i wait till friday, and the seats dont get issued, then the available seats will be even less. Contact same person 2 more times over the next few days and still the same response. I then do research and see other people complaining about the same issues. I called them today and they said that they reached out to the seller, and they are not responding, so they will refund my money. I explained that they shouldnt be selling something that they dont have. All it does is s**** over the purchaser. All they did was apologize. Based on all the reviews they should be shut down. How can a company operate, and even advertise during big sporting events, if they are very shady.

SEAT GEEK IS A SCAM! They have sellers that are scammers. That don't actually have tickets. I was told day of that my tickets weren't available by the seller then they kept offering me tickets to replace those non existant tickets- I would accept them and then they would take 20 minutes to secure them and then they would tell me they were not available anymore. I went through this with them 3 times, then my husband 5 times. Was on the phone with them for 4 hours. Then they told me too bad there are no more tickets. And we couldn't go. I bought the tickets for ******* ******** in July for a show in October and I didn't know this until the day of right before the show. Day of tickets sky rocked to insane prices and they don't have the budget to replace your tickets and therefore for they just wouldn't replace my tickets. They are a scam. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. They tell you there is a guarantee but there isn't. They are liar and scammers and they should not be allowed to sell tickets.

If I could give a negative star I would! Dont buy through SeatGeek! Purchased **** tickets through this horrible company, never received tickets until after the game and this is after several attempts with their sucky customer service. Now they want to refund me a credit to their site?!? No thanks want my full cash refund and still fighting with this company. The worst experience ever. Dont trust them. They dont care you drive 8+ hrs back and forth for a waste of time.

Deceptive business practices have led me to never use them again. I was looking for VIP tickets to a show. General admission available for $90 a ticket, and VIP was $280 but sold out instantly. I went to the usual resellers and SG had "VIP experience" tickets up for $300, I jumped on the deal and bought a pair, only to find out it was not actually a VIP ticket, but a general admission ticket ($90) with 3 mystery pieces of "specially designed tour merch".I wanted a refund within 24 hours of the purchase but was told they could give me a one time credit for the value of my purchase and any remaining funds would be wasted if I didn't use it all in one transaction. This is ****************** the merch came and it is the most depressing "VIP" merchandise you could imagine. For $400 I received 2 tumblers, 2 small f**** packs, and 2 crumpled up posters. All of them with the band's logo applied from a wholesale fulfillment company. Not exclusive, not specially designed, and it has nothing to do with the tour. Just some crudely thrown together items they found on a website that specializes in company merchandise for trade shows and business marketing. All I wanted was a proper refund, but they wouldn't offer it because they knew they caught a sucker. I actually enjoyed their service before this interaction, but I will never spend another dime with them. I hope it was worth it to them. Despicable shell of a company.

Unprofessional at best. Bought tickets 3 months ago for my family to see a cwrtain football game. Front row. My dad is aging and wanted to make some memories while i can. Just got an email that the tickets arent available? So they never had them...then the 3rd party sold them for more money and only refunded me. Didnt intervene or help. Disgusting company. Stay away at all costs.

I purchased resale tickets for a concert but never received them. The seller apparently did not send the tickets and Seat Geek was unable to contact them. We were at the venue already. My friend traveled from out-of-state. The only thing they did was refund the amount paid.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with SeatGeek while trying to purchase tickets for "Avatar: The Last Airbender in Concert." Most tickets were sold out, but I found two available in Section 17, ********** 11 and ********** 12 from the ************************************************. To ensure my wife and I could sit together, I decided to use SeatGeek for the first time to purchase tickets so we could sit together. I purchased tickets advertised as Section 16, Row F, Seats 11 and 12 for nearly $500, which included $115 in fees. I get it, I waited until the last minute to buy tickets and this is the price I have to pay. However, when the seller sent the tickets, they were for Section 17, Rows K and L. So that tells me that when the seller received the notification that their tickets were sold, they went to the ************************************* box office, purchased the last two available tickets, and then transferred those to me instead of sending the originally advertised tickets. I immediately contacted SeatGeek support, who could only reach out to the seller and give them a deadline of October 1st at 6:15 PM to send the correct tickets which is an hour and fifteen minutes before the show starts. After multiple attempts of SeatGeek trying to contact the seller failed, I finally just requested a refund to purchase tickets elsewhere. After waiting on hold with support for an hour, I was told it would take two days to process the refund. Unfortunately, this meant my wife and I missed the show entirely. The fact that a seller can advertise certain tickets and then send you the wrong tickets is why I will never use Seat Geek again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 3 concert tickets through Seat Geek for the Golden Sky ******* in **********, Ca. on October 18th of 2024 and paid for them in December of 2023 a total Of $608.91. I only recently found out that the seating was on the ground. My wife , her friend and I are in our 80's and 2 of us are disabled. When I called for a refund, I was told that they are the middle man between the actual seller and myself and they will not issue a refund even though we are still 15 days from the event. I don't know how to contact the actual seller but was told they will not refund either. So I am asking for your help. We scrimped and saved to go to this concert and are disappointed that we will not be able to go. We are on a fixed income so a refund would be very welcome.
