    We booked OurBus for an important event, but unfortunately, they broke the contract just days before our scheduled trip. Not only did they fail to honor the agreed-upon terms, but they also attempted to upcharge us significantly at the last minute, leaving us scrambling for alternatives. Their lack of professionalism and transparency made the entire process stressful, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values their clients and holds their commitments.
