    I was initially very disappointed when my bus timings were changed, and I didnt receive a confirmation email, which caused me to miss my bus. I was almost ready to never use their services again. However, the situation completely turned around thanks to their excellent customer service. The agent I spoke with was incredibly helpful and provided me with credits to use for future bookings.

    I have used this service several times. I always go from *** to ******. I have never once encountered a problem. The drivers have always been friendly, informative and open to any questions. The bus always provides water and there is a bathroom as well. You can charge your phone and most of the buses have seats that are comfortable and recline. The fare is EXTREMELY reasonable in comparison to others and the ride is good. A bargain!
