    No ac, bathroom breaks, endless schedule changes and transfers, no refunds, and unsafe drivers. The bus driver didnt know what company he worked for. Absolute scam.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with OurBus. They canceled our ticket a day before our scheduled trip without prior notice. This left us scrambling to find alternative transportation at the last minute, costing significantly more. To make matters worse, the refund provided was no consolation given the higher costs we had to bear. The lack of communication and customer care was unacceptable, and I would not recommend relying on this service for your travel plans.
