    I received the wrong address for the pick up location after I attempted to call to see where the bus was at because it wasn't there on time. The trip was on Mar 15th and the bus was scheduled at 4:35 pm from ***************** in ********* to Riverside and it cost $50.98 for the ticket. I arrived by 4:10 pm and by 4:48 pm I call the bus company to get updated on the situation and they sent a message showing a different pick up address from the actual pickup location of my ticket. I stayed past 5 pm and still no bus. I got a call from the bus company saying the driver was at the pickup location for ***************** waiting for ****************************************************************************** waiting in the exact pick up spot. I tried to press the reschedule button but the app wouldn't let me. I also tried to cancel to reschedule that way but it wouldn't proceed to do anything no matter how often I tapped the option. I later came to find out that the reason they gave me the wrong address is because of a typo in their system that simply missed one number in the address so it lead me to a completely different area. I have messaged them with screenshots and everything showing how they mislead me which caused me to miss the bus that was supposedly waiting for 30 min. I still have not heard a word about what they are going to do to fix this problem. I would just like a refund and to be compensated the amount for the extra Uber I had to take back, which cost me an extra $15.96, that I wouldn't have gotten if I had been able to take the trip as planned.

    I am glad I did not book with them to shuttle our wedding guests from their hotel to our venue (********). TLDR; less than minimum effort of customer service.I filled out the online form with all details, and received an auto email to select a time for a phone call using Calendly. I contacted directly by a customer service rep confirming the appointment, but the scheduled time came and went without a call. I reached out to the company an hour later, and whoever answered the phone was unconcerned: "oh they usually don't get in for a few more hours." I rescheduled for later same day, but still didn't receive any calls. After another attempt to arrange a call, I stopped trying and got calls once a week after that asking if I was ready to book.My alarm bells are going off that this is a scam or at the very least is not a safe bet. No customer service from the get-go and lack of timeliness, which is really the only thing you want from a transportation company. Highly discourage from booking with them unless you have a very laid back schedule and a low-stakes adventure in mind.
