    Gofoexpress refuses to deliver packages to *********** address. The **** allows US PO Box holders to have packages delivered to the physical street address of the post office, when a seller will not ship to a OO Box. Thus is called "street addressing" and the pist office allows this. Other delivery companies don't refuse to do this.

    As with others, this company GOFO Express lies about attempted delivery when they never even tried. They said they couldn't access the community when I live on a public street. They said nobody answered, but no one was on my video doorbell. They said incorrect address, but it's the same address they had before and the same address other companies deliver to just fine. Their WhatsApp customer service is an automated bot, and their phone customer service people are real but equally unhelpful. I still don't have my package. GOFO Express is literally the worst. Would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    they dont even deserve a star tbh??. i ordered my package on APRIL 17th its now june and i still dont have it. everytime i call they talking abt the address was wrong and to wait 3 days for redelivery. so unprofessional i hate that ***** sent my package to them. *************************.

    I received a notification stating that my package was delivered at 13:32. I went to retrieve my package this evening and it was not in my parcel locker. I went to double check on the ***** app and it stated that my package was delivered package room/parcel locker. I found that strange being that my mailbox was accessible, I have ************* services, and you can easily access my apartment and place it there. Instead under proof of delivery they say it on the table in the mail room. I am requesting not only a refund but an investigation of the carrier. This was not only thoughtless and careless, but lazy and intentional. I just lost my dad and Im also celebrating my autistic daughters 8th birthday. The outfit was for our photoshoot commemorating the two. Now, thats inconvenienced. This is unacceptable and Im very disappointed.

    I have had stuff delivered through GoFO Express from ****. I have requested several times that they follow the instructions about delivery on my order. They have constantly ignored my instructions and have mishandled my delivery several times. On my order it says to place the package in the Dropbox and not on the porch for someone to steal! And for some reason I see the package on the porch in the next frame of my ring camera but I cannot see the person delivering it so apparently they block when they deliver it. And I think that is very suspicious. I have called them several times I have sent email several times complaining to this company that their drivers are not following instructions. They are a very rude unreputable company and I don't know why they are being used by **** to deliver my packages.

    Only society's lowest, most incompetent, uncivilized, rude, bottom feeder cretins work here. I wish online companies would stop using them. Had one of their gross drivers throw my package and sashay away in her stained up sweatpants. Also their website is totally fake. Has images of their so called delivery trucks but the dropouts that couldn't get hired anywhere reputable use their own beat up trash vehicle. Actively praying for their downfall

    This company has one of the worst delivery services that I have ever seen before in my life. I called them to give more instructions about how to get the package to the right place. But, know their drivers REFUSED TO READ, I told them that just because a street number is the same for a stip malls doesnt mean theres no number for suits they must look for the number of the suits by door numbers. They stopped up front and saw the first street number on the building and dropped packages there. Come on you as a delivery person should know that. And they thought it was good to show a picture of the package sitting on someones desk that I have know Idea whos desk that was and there was know signature of who took the package. That could have been a friend of the driver and kept the package and resold my items,scammer have done worse. They then said please wait 5days for our investigation team to email me not call but email. These cheap pop-up company have to stop it, its destroying trust in ordering online and getting you your packages Im giving them as much h*** as my heart, mouth, mind, can give. I wish my foot could help me but, unfortunately thats against the law..BEWARE OF POP-UP DELIVERY COMPANY.

    They the worst ever I had to deal with cant speak to a higher up manager supervisor or anything to resolve any issue. They dont call you when they arrive with your package or you will not know exactly when it will arrive they always say within 3 business days and it could come the 1st day and would never know

    This company attempted delivery of my item on 4/27/25, but apparently couldn't gain entry to the building (it was a Sunday). Instead of reattempting delivery, they marked it as an incorrect address. On 4/28/25 I emailed customer service and let them know that they have my correct address and asked them to please reattempt delivery. On 4/29, I received a reply stating: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your information. We have received your updated information and will arrange for re-delivery as soon as possible. Please wait patiently." So I waited, but the tracking never updated. On 5/15/25, I reached out to customer service again reminding them that they told me they were arranging for re-delivery, and to please re-deliver the item.T his was their response on 5/16/25: "Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience. We've noticed that your package has been returned to the sender's warehouse due to an extended stay in our facility. Please contact your seller if you require reshipment." I don't have a way to contact the seller and the item is sold out so I can't just order a replacement. It's definitely unethical to mark something as a wrong address just because you couldn't figure out how to deliver it the first attempt, then tell the customer you are fixing the problem only to later say, oh, too bad, too late, we didn't do what we said and now you have to take it up with the seller.

    0 Stars if I could. They are incompetent in following directions. Claimed they had no access to deliver the package to my apartment. We have 24 hour security. Nor did they attempt to call me as stated to do so. They are bad for business and there are tons of negative reviews of them over social media. I thought maybe it was just me but. I was wrong. They have/had my package of items I planned to wear for my birthday photos but, i dont think they will be here in time if I do get them.
