    Says it was delivered was no where to be found proof of delivery is just a white background with the times and days of when it was shipped and delivered but no pictures and no way to find your package when not if but when they mess up if I couldve chosen my carrier nerve wouldve been them.

    They delivered to my post office on a Sunday, when it was closed and supposedly left the package in the common area without dropping it off to anyone. I contacted them and after dismissing my claim this is my ******** be honest I think you deliverer took it. What sense does it make to deliver to a post office on a Sunday when its closed and just leave it in the lobby without handing it to a clerk. I don't think anybody else took it because its known the post office has cameras and its a federal offense to take someone else's mail. I don't trust **** delivering my mail and its a shame that temu uses you to deliver. That package was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. The original delivery day it was scheduled to be delivered to the same address and was during a weekday and i was told you couldn't deliver because you don't deliver to post offices although I've had packages delivered there in the past. They've always dropped it off at the front desk. This same package that was refused to be delivered during a week day, now is supposedly being delivered while the office was closed. Its something suspicious about that. I think the people at **** are unprofessional and unethical. I think your deliverer took it and if it hadn't taken you so long to get back to me I would have filed a police report and had **** conduct an investigation by reviewing the cameras. I called customer service a day after it was said to be delivered and the representative said someone would reach out by email, but never did. I am finally hearing from you after I reached out again and was able to speak with an automated system. Once again, my package should never have been just left at the post office when it was closed. It should have been taken back and attempted again the next day during business hours. That would have been the professional and ethical way of doing things. I don't trust ****. I think you have a bunch of thieves working for you and one of these days you all will be exposed.

    This delivery service is terrible absolutely terrible I pray that Temu stop using this service I was told that my package would come on a Sunday got an email at 3:30 I was up till 10:00 p.m. waiting on a package never received it I called and complained their customer service is terrible as well this is ridiculous

    Very unprofessional, stated they tried to deliver to an open building but states they didnt have the access code. Reached out to the driver twice no reply. Talked to a representative who states they will just return my packages. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please make sure before you order the company doesnt rely on Gofo Nofo.

    Worst company ever. They have one job and didn't do it. Redelivery window of three days. Can't even have the package help to pick up.

    Terrible. They rescheduled delivery for my package twice so far and said my office was closed at the time but we were not, with over an hour still remaining for the work day. Then I called their customer service team and the woman was of course no help by asking me questions about the work hours for my job and that wasnt the problem. The problem was their couriers are lazy and didnt even try to deliver and sent it back.

    Horrible courier service Horrible courier service. Will give you the runaround when you call and every *** is trained to say "Please wait an additional 3 business days".I have never heard of a delivery company with a policy of "up to 3 business days" after the tracking says out for delivery. I have had packages delivered 2 weeks late, to the wrong address, or not at all despite claiming it was.They use Door Dash drivers instead of dedicated employees so you are really rolling the dice whether they may think your package is valuable, especially when they have 3 days to **** it over while "delivering".I will not buy from any seller using **** and I will advise everyone I know to do the same. Beyond disappointing and downright shady.

    I have called them multiple times and each time they tried to extend the days when I am telling them my package is out for delivery, why haven't I gotten it and why hasn't the computer been updated with the issue. Package has been out for delivery since Aug 30th and now it's Sept 8th. The last call was the on the 4th and they said "they have sent an email to the seller." They seller didn't get an email or at least didn't tell me they did. The seller and I are trying to figure it out what's is happening. I tried emailing **** and both replays were the same "do to a lack of track updates for an extended period. you may contact seller to request a refund." That is a clear sign of them not caring for helping anyone. Clearly my package was stole not lost and it seem like I'm not the only one. This company is a scam and do whatever they want without helping anyone. It's all empty word from them with no help what so ever. I wanted my package really bad but they just make you go in circle. How is this company still running? This has been the worst delivery company and the worst service I have every experience. Most other company have common knowledge and try to help or give you an understanding, even if it didn't work out. But this one take the cake of being a garbage company. This company need to shut down already.

    They delivered my or to the wrong apartment. Then they had nerve to send proof of delivery in pictures. Clearly the pictures sent were the wrong apartment. Will not be using this service again.

    Do not recommend this shady company, this is the first time me and my partner were assigned this delivery company. They have damaged one of our items in one package, i dont know how or why but my partner isnt able to fix it though mine seem to be ok. We have ordered from a company for game cartridges and we have waited since morning, by the time it arrived at 3:27 pm we have tested the product. One worked successfully while the other was damaged, *** never really trusted 3rd party delivery companies and this one really gave me a reason not to
