    07/12/2025 GOFO Express delivered a package to my house. A loud noise was heard outside. My daughter's boyfriend ran out and saw a gray 4 door sedan pulling out of my drive and speeding away. The driver had ran into my garage door rendering it unable to be used. A police report was filed with the ****************************** at ***** time. I attempted to call GOFO Express, however the business was closed for the day.07/13/2025 GOFO Express was notified via telephone what had happened at delivery. I was told to send pictures of my garage via email to customer service. i sent them at 3:58 pm along with an explanation of what had happened.07/16/2025 I contacted customer service at ********************** via telephone and was tolded that they had updated my claim and would get back to me.07/26/2025 I contacted customer service at ********************** via telephone and was tolded that i would be contacted with a response in 72 hours. I gave them the name of the employee who was supposed to deliver the package to my residence.07/11/2025 I was contacted via email by GOFO Express and was asked to send them any video evidence of the incident. I emailed back and informed them that i do not have a security camera.07/12/2025 I was contacted by GOFO Express via email and was told "****** ******* ***** ********* ** ** ********* *** ** ** ********* *** ******** ***************"I have ordered a new garage door like the one on my garage now. The eatimated price is $2,375.00.

    Drivers will not stop delivering packages to my house that do not belong to this address. They use my personal driveway as a road, ignoring all posted speed limit signs. They drove over my irrigation pipe, destroying it and cracking a riser. Causing over $500 in damage. They use my yard to turn their cars around and today a driver nearly hit my dog. I'm sick of these morons coming on my property. My emails have gone un answered & i need a property damage resolution immediately. They need to update or correct their mapping system and make my personal driveway off limits to all drivers.

    Received prosthetic ******* which I did not order. No invoice included in packaging. So far, I have not seen any electronic charges to my bank account. I will notify my bank as well.

    This business has delivered four (4) packages to us that we did not order. We wish to return the packages to the original seller. However, this shipping company will not schedule a package pickup from our home, and, in addition, the are either unable or unwilling to tell us the name of the original shipper or seller so that we can return the packages to them. I find it very difficult to believe that they are unable to tell me who is paying them to ship items to us. Without a doubt, this is the worse parcel delivery service that I have ever encountered.

    A package was delivered to my address for ******* ******* in March. She does not live here nor have I ever heard of her. I called Gofo Express at ************ that day to have them pick-up the package. I have called every week since the package has been delivered but no one picks up the package. It sits on my porch everyday. Today I called again. I cant believe that Im having to beg them to pick up this package. Tracking number for the package is GF *************

    The package has not been picked up.  I did not order this item.  It is not addressed to me. I cannot keep it because it would be theft.  I have been talking to them for months to get them to pick it up.  It is their reference number.  What does the BBB think I should do with the package?

    Here is my tracking number for a package I ordered through SeaFancy: *************** They were unable to deliver my package to my door due to my living on a military installation (understandable) Their 2 methods of contacting about the issue do not work. Sometimes their phone number doesn't work at all, other times it lets you choose language, region, and state, then automatically says that due to high volume of calls, nobody is available, You are then directed to email them. When you do email them, you get a copy paste of the current tracking update (in my case: package was unable to be delivered) and i am then prompted to give them another address. We are a military family living on a military installation. I dont have another local address, and I cannot find an address for a local HQ for me to go pick up the package from. Being in contact with the seller directly of my package, they have been 'urging' them to use the address I provided of some family across the country and it has been 21 days and there is no update to the tracking website, and I have been unable to reach anyone regarding this issue through GoFo Express. They are just holding my parcel, with no viable way to contact them.

    I ordered a two packages and they used this business as the courier service. They stated they couldnt deliver but I have package concierge for package drop off. I know they didnt even try to deliver. I have had numerous deliveries without issue both before and since they have failed to deliver my items. I have called both numbers listed and they are disconnected. I have emailed and they have not replied. No effort to get me my items. At this point I sincerely believe they are a fraud company that steals items. Essentially set up to steal packages.

    Company is so so so terrible. They have handled three of my orders (because I didn't check who would be delivering the package...) and I've never actually received anything from them. I get packages all the time from all sorts of businesses and no one ever has an issue delivering here. Except them. They evidently can't deliver here. Or anywhere, because I looked it up and SO many people have this issue with them. I don't understand how they're still in business. Anyway, accidentally made an order with them delivering again and it's been in my area to deliver for five days and today they said my address was incorrect. Well, it's literally not. So now they're not only incompetent, they're liars. These guys **** so much dude.

    The delivery man or persons on 2 different occasions have thrown my packages over the fence and it is on video and I've reached out to customer service after the first incident on March 25, 2025 with no response and it has happened again today.

    This company claims to have made a delivery on 2 different dates with no photos to prove where it was delivered to. You can not talk to a live person to resolve the issue. The phone number will give you a voicemail saying no one is available to assist you and the chat person is as incompetent as the voicemail. I would like my items that I purchased for a 3 year olds birthday which has come and gone. However, I'm so upset that I'd kindly accept a refund in full for my purchase order! Looking at the reviews, this is common practice for this scam of a courier service!
