    The idiots marked my packaged delivered at 11:44 pm . Sent me three photos . The photos are of two different packages with different names and addresses no where near my address or name . The third photo is a package infront of a black door my door is white . I called them to let them know and was told they would put in a ticket and i should her something in 10 days . I told them the package was a birthday gift for my son and they didn't even care .

    Absolutely horrible service! The driver texted me around 6am claiming he couldnt find my house. He contacted me again around 1pm, still claiming he couldnt find my house. I literally had to go **** him down based on the map coordinates he gave me. Not only did he not speak English, he had a small child in the back seat and no car seat. At first, he wouldnt give me my package. After he made a long phone call, in Spanish, he turned it over to me. I wouldnt recommend this courier if they were the last one on the planet.

    ****************. Received an insufficient address notice for not delivering package, I verified the address and it was correct. I called and spoke with customer service and they said the "pin" was set to the pizza parlor across the street from my condo complex so rather than look at the address and not across the street at the condos, they brought the package back. I fixed the "pin" with the customer service *** and they said 3 business days and the package would be delivered. I just checked and once again there is a notice saying insufficient address. I just got off the phone with them again and left additional instructions. They once again said 3 business days. I am now waiting for them yet again to deliver. If they don't show up again we are requesting a refund from the manufacturer.

    The absolute WORST delivery service EVER!!!I have had at least 3 packages stolen (and honestly I feel by the GOFO driver) in the past month.The last incident, I was home on a Saturday night and I got a message that my package had been delivered at 10:14. LET ME ADD THAT NO ONE EVER RANG MY BELL NOR CALLED MY PHONE!!My husband ran down to get the package as the picture showed the driver lazily left the package on the stairs of the building under bright lights where ANYONE could have walked by and stolen it. There was no package! How could that have happened in 2 minutes. My only logic is that the driver purposely did not ring my bell, took a picture of the package on the stairs and then drove off with it. It was a rather large package which made me think even more that this was the case.I emailed GOFO and got some "sorry you cant find your package" email and when I questioned why my bell wasn't rang and why a driver would deliver a package so late in the night I kept getting the same, what seems to be. automated message. ZERO sympathy, ZERO concern and ZERO understanding that I had emailed them about 5 minutes after my package was delivered and yet it was missing! I seem to finally got a human being to respond after about 6 different emails wanting an answer as to why this happened for the THIRD TIME NOW and they said I could contact the driver before the delivery. I asked how would I go about doing that and instead of getting a response, I got the same automated "sorry you cant find your package" email. I asked another 4 times and then finally got a human again that repeated I could contact the driver and leave delivery notes. I asked again HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS? ANNNDDD back to the automated response.I finally called and the representative said I could call and they could add notes when a delivery was scheduled. I called today because I had another delivery sceheuled and was told I cant update any notes.ARE YOU KIDDING ME! 100% SCAM ARTISTS!!!

    Horrible Service! Driver delivered my order texted me a picture asking me if this was the correct spot I answered no.He then texted me ******** this the right spot?I answered yes, he decided not to deliver it at all.And marked it delivered now.I can't get help because the employees at gofo keep telling me it's marked delivered.I know it's marked delivered.He marked it delivered and did not deliver it.And now the customer service is not helping me at all. I hope to never, ever use them again.I ordered from temu and I wish temu would fire them. They're horrible

    Like everyone else, they claimed to have delivered my package. When I reached out to customer service, they provided a picture of my doorstep with the package on it. The timestamp, however, is around the exact time I got home from work. Also, my husband was home all day and did not hear a knock at the door. My neighbors did not see any packages at my door, and my apartment complex is gated. So even if I barely missed the delivery driver, I am supposed to believe the package vanished within a second of being delivered? Ridiculous, the driver obviously staged a photo and then took off with my package. **************** won't help me. So I filed a police report with the San Antonio PD. Not to get my package back, but to bring awareness to this scam/theft. I hope the seller will give me a refund. And this business gets shut down.

    They are the worst service. Courier called me and said he couldn't find the address which every other delivery service ever used had no problems finding. An hour later I received notice that the package was delivered but it was not. He took a picture of the package but without showing the background to hide the fact that it was not delivered. I contacted gofo express and they said they would investigate. I have not heard back. They are a bunch of thieves and liars. People count on delivery services to deliver their goods. This is a slap in the face. 100% totally awful.

    This company is very unprofessional and need to be removed. I ordered an online item and this company unfortunately were the delivering party. I requested to have my package placed in my lock box which was built-in for packages or placed package in front of apartment building. We also have noticed placed to where packages should be placed. They totally disregard that and just left the package on the floor. I tried to reach out to resolve this issue but no one answers their phone line. They're not even trying to resolve the issue. They are the worst delivery service and I will continue to spread that message.

    **** DELIVERY COMPANY ARE STEALING PACKAGES!!!!!!!!DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE STEALING CUSTOMERS PACKAGES! THEY SCAN IT SIT IT AT YOUR DOORSTEP TAKE A PICTURE THEN TAKE THE PACKAGE BACK WITH THEM! THIS FCKN SHT RIDICULOUS THE COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT TF DOWN TODAY FOREVER!!!!!

    THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE! IT NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN. My package was supposed to arrive 4-5 days ago and it keeps getting redelivered to the facility; its been shipped back to the facility 3 times. Every time I call they say they left a note for the driver to call when they arrived. No calls are received.
