    I had five packages delivered on Sunday evening, by a singular driver. He took a photo of my entire porch for the first and second package, clearly showing my holiday decorations on display on the table beside my door. After he dropped the two heaviest packages, the decorative items on my table DISAPPEARED... which is evidenced by the photos he took himself as he delivered package 3, 4, and 5. I called customer service and the representative asked me to provide video evidence of theft. Um??? Their DRIVER provided the evidence. My personal property went missing DURING THE DELIVERY. I confirmed with the phone representative that a single driver made one delivery stop and dropped all five packages at the same time. I explained to the representative that this is the THIRD TIME this has happened, but it is the first time it became clear the delivery person was the culprit. She told me to wait for an email that would follow after they "completed their investigation." I've ignored their smashed boxes and middle of the night deliveries, because as a middle aged lady I want to avoid being called a *****. I will not ignore theft of my personal property that was worth more than the sum of all five packages that got delivered that evening. If this problem is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will leave this review standing ad infinitum and I will not be ordering from anywhere that uses gofoexpress. Period. I was quite literally robbed.

    Delivered my pkg, on the 8th of Nov. 2025,Photo taken. Pkg on the ground, by time I went around the apt complex, to get the pkg, it was gone, customer service keeps hanging up on me, left a message via phone, no info. When I give the tracking number, all they will reply, it was delivered, Whats up. No contacts available, **** said she didnt have time for my complaint for stolen pkg. And told me she had other customers. What about me I explained, she hung up. 4 items stolen and no way to file a complaint on the Driver, why not at my door, why on the ground upfront. Not happy with this ************************** shipping company. No address to find to give to BBB. On the complaint. Whats up. Made a police report, but cant make a actual complaint with the actual GOFO express shipping. Christmas gifts gone, whats up. GOFO express. Com shipping

    Worst **************** EVER! I've spent the last 3 days dealing with this absolutely useless excuse for a company. The drivers use a fake number to call you, they can't locate an established neighborhood, and have continuously run me in circles. No one can do anything about the horrible service....I guess just stop using ***** and Temu.

    Terrible shipping company. They hire people who speak 0% English, and cannot converse with the customers AT ALL. Drivers will deliver to the wrong addresses, because the people GOFO hire's, are incompetent of the prominent language of the area they deliver in. You can never reach anyone with customer service to advise the driver cannot converse with the customer and it's just a terrible service.

    This company doesn't desire to be in business. The delivery all hours of the night and this is ridiculous. I have a clear sign that says put packages in between doors and they don't do it. They look like they throw the packages on your steps. I had two package stolen because of delivery times. What company delivers a package at 11:40PM or 3:40AM? And all they could do is send you pictures of the package on your steps. Hanging off the side off the steps. I believe the delivery person took my package. And they deliberately avoid my ring doorbell. They don't deserve a star. They need A.Ranking between 0 and 10 they would definitely get a 0.

    ******** customer service. Unreliable and blames the customer for their short comings. Cannot escalate to a manager, was hung up on by representative ****. Do not use this company.

    I have a package delivery box that all delivery services are aware and use. There is a sign pointing to delivery box. Gofo has been a huge problem! A gal working delivery for them sat out in front of my property for over an hour. She would move the car location but stayed in front of my property. When we asked if she was lost, need help or delivering packages, she said yes, ill bring them to you, we offered to walk to her but she insisted she would bring them to us. 15 minutes later she finally brought them. The next day, very early morning, there she is sitting in front of my property yet again! I am not sure how long she was out there that day, but we never received the 5 or 6 packages! When we looked at the proof of delivery photos, they were all black! Nothing to see there. And delivery location said, door/yard, not parcel locker as it normally does! The driver kept our packages! I dont know what she is doing out in front of the house for over an hour either, very very odd! I've contacted **** US numerous times, demanded for supervisor and was told to watch my email closely as their security team would reach out to me for further Info. Ive not heard from anyone! Now I have another package not delivered, out for delivery for 5 days now. And just for your info, they have 3 days to deliver packages from date of OFD. Ive called again today and still being told, oh im so sorry...blah blah blah script reading. I have showing 10 more packages coming using GOFO, not my choice! It's almost certain they will never show up! ***** this company and use reputable delivery service. GOFO is a hassle and does absolutely nothing to resolve issues. They allow theft to continue by their drivers by doing nothing about packages not delivered. I guess the driver was sitting in her car Christmas shopping through the packages ( my assumption since I've not been contacted by Gofo supervisors).

    On November 2nd, 2025 at 18:10 PM in ****************, ********, ***, the GOFO Express courier placed a different package at my doorstep, took a photo that package at my doorstep, took a photo of the label of my package in his/her car, inputted that my package was delivered and kept my order.GOFO Express investigation has requested surveillance video/photo of the courier stealing or removing my package but video would only show the courier putting the other package at my door, more than likely exhausting them of retail theft.I never received my package but instead have a different package in my apartment.Tracking says that my package departed from ****** GOFO Delivery station at 11:58AM on November 2nd, 2025 to ****************, ***GOFO Express does not have traceability of the Denver GOFO Delivery station or the delivery driver, which should be illegal.This review is to warn everyone to have at minimum a doorbell camera that records and saves 24 hour surveillance, a paper trail of receipts from the vendor, photos of package in its delivered location and attempt to be present during the delivery when GOFO Express is your shipping courier as their drivers can easily steal your package(s).

    This is a scam company. The drivers they hire are package thieves. I heard footsteps in the building, so I checked the website thinking it might be the driver. It said delivered at that exact moment I checked my phone, so I immediately went out to look for the package, which was nowhere to be found. Then, I heard a car loudly speeding off. The package thief would rather go past my door to the mail room to take some pictures of the package on the floor than to knock on my apartment door to hand over the package. Also, its very unlikely for anybody to steal the package within a minute of it being delivered, unless, of course, it was the driver himself.I emailed the Chinese business called Tedojo where I bought the throwing knives from, which they told me to send an email to Gofoexpress, which I did. The email I received back from Gofoexpress said that the package was delivered and that theyre a logistic company, so its not their problem and to contact the police or the seller for further help. Completely useless from both the seller and Gofoexpress.THIS IS A PSA FOR EVERYONE, PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER IF GOFOEXPRESS IS THE DELIVERY COMPANY. BEWARE, A LOT OF CHINESE SELLERS USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. DONT BUY CHINESE JUNKS FROM CHINESE WEBSITES!!!P.S I hope you enjoy my hundreds of dollars in throwing knives, you thieving delivery driver.
