    GOFO Express delivered one of the most distressing experiences Ive ever had with a delivery company. A delivery driver threatened to beat me and repeatedly harassed me through text, leaving me in fear for my safety and that of my child. Despite immediately reporting the incident to the police and notifying ****, the company failed to take my complaint seriously for over a month.When they finally responded, GOFO acknowledged negligence, took full responsibility, and even offered an in-person apology and compensation. However, their legal department later denied everything, contradicting their own companys prior admission.This entire ordeal caused me severe anxiety, stress, and fear for my safety. No customer should ever have to experience this level of emotional distress simply for receiving a delivery. GOFOs handling of the situation was unprofessional, negligent, and deeply disappointing.

    If I can honestly get this company zero Stars I would. My son was supposed to have two things delivered from this company both times we did not receive anything. They claim that they delivered it to our apartment and I've been home all day for both days and for one of the deliveries it said it was delivered at 11: 35, I opened up that door at 11:40 and the package is gone. And trying to get in touch with somebody is almost impossible. I have given them the tracking number and still no help.

    This delivery company needs to be shut down. Nothing but bad reviews and thefts. They delivered one of my packages but threw it out of their vehicle onto my driveway. I tried to put in a complaint but there is no live agent on phone or email.

    If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the WORST delivery company ever!!! My package been showing as out for delivery since October 10th its now October 22nd !!! I contacted gofoexpress they claim my address was insufficient but it wasnt nobody never came to deliver the package because I was home the whole time, they keep saying my package was sent back to facility and redelivery in 1-3 days, I was told that over 3-4 times and yet I have no package so clearly they are just lyingThis business seriously needs to be shut down they either stealing or losing packages and it has to come to a stop . And the customer service is HORRIBLE one agent ended the chat on me without answering my questions about the whereabouts of my package !

    They say my order was delivered and I didn't do anything and I checked that more than once and I didn't find anything. I even asked the neighbors if someone took something or removed something from my door and they all said no. This is not the first time I've lost my order through the shipping company. This is the thousandth time and the reason is that they put the order downstairs and I live on the second floor and I didn't even put the address of the house downstairs. I only put my address on the second floor and yet they insist that they put the order to the wrong address.This company is the worst company on earth and they are thieves too This is the tenth time I've lost my order because of them.

    This company is the worst company to ever exist. Now when I say they lose your stuff they really do lose your things. I called the company say what the item was the tracking number and everything they have the nerve to tell me that they dont have it on record that the item was shipped via using their service. I call the merchant and they are saying yes gofo picked up the item and it should be on the way to me. Lies because I dont have it.

    Gofo "delivered" my package this morning after it had been out for "delivery" for 2 days. They marked it as delivered at 6 am. To my surprise, when I checked my home, there were no packages. I checked the delivery confirmation, and the place shown was a parcel locker. I don't own a parcel locker; my home is a residential home. I called them immediately as soon as they opened. They refused to be helpful. Asking me to wait 5-10 business days for an investigation. They will not send anyone out again to retrieve the package, even though it was delivered today. When I asked for a document of non-receipt, they said they couldn't provide one. They also refused to give me an investigation number or claim number. They then stated that if I didn't hear from them in 5-10 days, I should contact them again. That is ridiculous. I submitted a formal complaint with the large company shipper they did business with. They said they will also investigate and reconsider business with ****.

    This company is by far the worst to deal with. Very poor communication, unprofessional and aggressive staff and drivers. They throw packages to my gate from the street or sidewalk due to my dogs and the dogs will ****** it up and tear it up. I have security footages for proof!! We constantly get deliveries from ******, **** *****, and **** and they never throw packages that lands under my gate in dogs reach. They kindly place it to the side without fear. We have a secure metal gate that has redundancy locking feature. Never had any issues with anyone except for bofo express!!! Extremely disappointed. This statement is an understatement and this company should be put out of business!
